Night Hunt Question

It was a 3 dog cast so we will refer to the hounds as Dog A Dog B and Dog C. Hounds are cast for a hour hunt, Dog C is struck almost immediately, within the first minute, and only barks twice then isn't heard from again for well over the time aloud between each bark on track. Dog A is then struck in and takes track out of hearing way to the left of hounds B and C its agreed for the cast to move to a place we may can hear a lil better. 15 minutes after Dog A is struck Dog B is struck on a different track then Dog C is struck on same track as Dog B. Dog B is declared treed maybe 30 seconds to a minute Dog C is declared treed on same tree with Dog B. We walk into tree Dog B is setting on his bottom treeing and comes to meet owner and goes back to treeing. Judge minuses Dog B for leaving the tree. Shine time and coon is spotted. At this time there is 15 minutes left in the hunt 2 vote to recast so majority wins. We recast and Dog B is struck in then Dog C is struck in. Before a tree is made hunt time runs out. Which hound won this Cast?
