Buff, you are so right, exactly what I said in my post. You only benefit from a judgement if the other party has any assets or cares about their credit rating. You can renew your judgement and hope that they finally get some assets or try to restore their credit. It's better than nothing if you do not at least try. Having a witness as the OP stated will definitely help him win his case in small claims court. Dave
