UKC Registration,

Would someone please look into an online ownership transfer request I submitted back in May. I was told via chat on June 23rd that the papers were mailed to me on June 12th. I have not received. I have been attempting to chat for over a week with no response. If they were mailed on June 12th, I would say it's pretty likely they are lost in the mail, and I am requesting duplicate papers be mailed.

I would really appreciate a prompt response!

I'm not registration but I can see that the papers were processed on that day... but generally its another business day or two, for proofing, before they hit the mail. I'd expect them to show up soon, if they haven't already.

Thanks, Allen for your reply. I was able to communicate with someone on yesterday and was advised - if I don't receive them by 7/27, we can consider it lost and mail out another set.

I will advise if not received by 7/27.
