hey ike looks like a good one. our season isnt open yet but a 440 lbs bear got took by a vehicle lastnite in the highway. HATE THAT

Sounds like a good one and a shame to waste. Good luck in the coming season. This bear was taken by a licensed hunter, one that had not filled his spring tag. Politics, because of public complaints they ask hunters that did without to take them if they want, gives them a free guide like me and provides something they missed out on and were too cheap to buy. My only complaint is they bout never shoot the bear square and it always causes problems.............

I have had 4 calls in the past week from Houndsmen in Virginia and West Virginia Looking for More Hounds to Replace the ones already killed this Training season .. Just seam the Bear are getting Meaner and Much more Aggressive in the East .. Their Pissed --- Mite be the Heat / lack of Food or what ever

Dean......that bear wasn't run over on 40 over pass after Harmon Den was it. I no they had a lot run over there last year

Theirs alotta bear in harmons den I dont see how their aint more run over on 40 than their is had four bear come into camp with us while rideing horses in their a while back

no the bear i was talking bout was on hwy 64. they seem to be a few more this year. i would love to hunt harmon den lol. just so happens i got some replacements if yal like gritty walkers

It would be nice to hunt it thats for sure but I reckon the state wouldnt be to happy bout that lol but i belive your right seems to be a few more bear moving this year if i can get these pups to doing a little better
