How meny people remember the electric fence for breaking dogs off trash befor e collars came along? I'd still do it if my buddy didn't tar his fence down a few years back we use to put a possum or armidilo in a cage hang it off the ground so it wasn't grounded them dogs usely didn't fool with trash after that one turkey season tough me why when I layed up agiesnt a live fence and didn't know it at the time because of the wheat grass grown up around it

when I read your post I had to laugh.I have a 4 year old dog when he was 10 months old he open on red hot deer track ran about 50 yards hit a farmers electric fence He never ran a deer agian it sure worked on him I even had a E collar on him about the time he hit the fence I had my finger on the button never had to push it
