URGENT NEED FOR FOSTERS Forty beagles, ages four and under, are being surrendered to a small rural West Virginia shelter near the MD border by a single owner. Any dogs not picked up by a rescue are at extreme risk of losing their lives inhumanely. If you have fostered for us before, please consider making room for one more. You will save a life.
