question?

I'm going to breed my Ntch redbone to a friends Grntch English male do I just fill out the liter registration form as normal or do I need a separate form?

Same litter application for purebred and X-Bred. List both parents with their UKC number and then indicate X-Bred as breed of the pups. Very easy.
