When was the last time....

You bought and started a plott pup and had it turn into at the very least a dog that would at the very least consistently tree coon before 15 months old....what was it out of? PM me if you dont want to post any names. Thanks

Nine years ago I bought a pup from Scott Rossen. He started treeing around 5 months old and is still putting coons up. (we are going tonight)

As you know, he's out of Cowboy Up and a female named River Bluff Brindle Snipe. She is now deceased.

I bred him one time to a bitch from Bacon Creek. Unfortunately, their genes did not produce well. However, I have friend who lives in Northern, AR who has a buckskin male out of that cross who says he's the best coondog he ever owned and started very early. He's been coonhunting probably 50 years and knows what a coondog should be.
