blue male and me
I have always had a eye for and hunted on and off the bluetick coonhound. when I was able and really hunted hard I hunted the English coonhound. as a kid I was raised with the walker coonhound. but have always loved the sound and looks of a bluetick coonhound. as a teenager I hunted a utchman line before I went to the English coonhound. I did some winning with my English coonhounds. I really liked the arkie line of blue dogs that I would draw in the hunts. I was also a director in a coon hunting organization. I've had the pleasure of being the judge or cast master of hounds for the final twenty seen several nice hounds in my past. I have gotten ahold of a bluetick male he is nice. I don't no if the fellow I got him from just didn't want him or just didn't no what he had. he was a very nice young man. but I just got my papers back on my bluetick male he was ch nitech. i'm liking him really well every time I fool with him he seems to impress me more and more. the only thing I no about his papers he goes back to the arkie dog and a friend of mine his bluetick line he hunts. from the past I have learned not to price a bluetick hound if you want to keep him I have sold some I didn't think would sale. I have a bad knee haven't hunted in the competition world for a long time. but it would be a waist of a nice hound if I didn't at least try and finish this bluetick hound out. just wanted to see how strong the bluetick breed was today. I always thought the bluetick breeders and hunters was the strongest breed out there. very interested in the bluetick breed THANKS.
