Tt 15 issue

My Tt15 collar will shock and tone buy can not get it to track. Has anyone eles had this problem. Thanks for any suggestions.

have had one to stop tracking then,go back to tracking.this doesn't give peace of mind. if I have another problem, going to send back to supplier, for replacement. might solve your problem also. got mine from CONKEY HOUND SUPPLIES. great people to take care of your hound supplies.hope this may help
