Garmin

Which one to go with the Alpha or the 430. I'm confused, any help would be appreciated.

First question you have to ask yourself is. Do you want a system that also has the training features of Tone, Vibrate and Stimulate.
If that answer is YES then the ALPHA would be your choice. Are you comfortable with a touch screen or are you one of many that only want push button controls. If touch screen is your answer then the alpha is for you. if buttons are your answer then that takes you back to the 430.

It is more about what you need and are comfortable with.

Share the functions you have to have and many can help you figure out your best option.
