Have y'all seen what is going on in Kentucky? People from all over the South are pitching in to help. I drove through there yesterday. There are trucks and trailers all over bringing in supplies and help. Every business is collecting and sending supplies. It is a terrible tragedy but it warms your heart to see the outpouring of help and humanity.

We've had 2 major tornadoes here the Joplin tornado 6 miles north and a few years before that an F4 that was an F5 for about a 2 miles 1 1/2 miles south from my house. Both inacted major damage and many lives lost. Neighbors helping neighbors and volunteers long before the new construction began gives a person a renewed sense of humanity. Out here at home everyone was on 4 wheelers and tractors with their chainsaws clearing roads and helping with search and rescue. Joplin took years to rebuild and months to clean up. The volunteers in both instances made the effort easier in a very difficult horrible situation.
