Former Trump official Stephen Miller’s America First Legal has filed a state lawsuit against Loudoun County Public Schools, members of the school board, Superintendent Scott Ziegler, and several other officials on behalf of a group of parents with children in the district.

The lawsuit alleges that the Loudoun County School District is violating the rights of parents to control how their children are brought up and forcing parents to relinquish their child’s right to a public education if the parents object to “psychologically abusing and sexually exploiting the children entrusted in their care.”

The lawsuit seeks at least $1.5 million in damages for what Miller claims is the district’s attempt at forcing race, sexual, and gender ideology on students, including transgendered bathrooms, sexually explicit materials, and facilitating “gender transitions” without parental notification.
