Trouble Shoot Garmin DC30

I turn on the collar and both red lights stay lit up constantly instead of flashing intermittenly like they are supposed to and my Astro 220 won't pick it up neither will my buddies Astro 320. We both have all our collars on both units. Does anyone know what is going on ? I've turned it off and back on and it did'nt fix anything and I plug it in the charger and the blue light comes on signifying full charge. Any experience and advice with this problem ? We were hunting underneath a cut powerline row today, and was having issues with several collars, then this one just lost communication for good and when I caught the dog i found it in the condition I just stated.

direction arrow is the compass. recalibrate and see if it helps. In some places i hunt the compass gets weird because power lines and such and im always calibrating. Antennae may help the distance not sure. They have new stainless steel ones. I got one and it is hasnt dropped signal yet. Had it about a month.

The people at dusupply.com are very helpful. Ask for Buddy he is the Garmin specialist 1-503-482-8339

I also deal with Bruce Conkey, they are good too. 1-386-972-9446

April, Maybe it's because of your magnetic charm that your arrow goes haywire. LOL
