I'm looking for tips to start my pups. My old female that I used to have bit the dust a few years ago and I've lost contact with a lot of my old friends that had some real good dogs. I'm just looking for any advice I can get on starting young pups on track. They do real good on caged coons and run good track on some hot coons but I can't figure out how to make them track in the woods. I've had a hard time trapping through this season and I'm pretty lost. I want to maximize their potential as much as I can so I'm trying to hunt them every night.
