My best beardog I ever had was a bluetick X walker. I have a buddy that has a walker with a little bulldog in it that is a NICE hound.

I have blue dogs and plotts . Either breed will bite a bear for sure ....BUT you will go though more blue dogs to get bear dogs then plotts on average

iam mostly a walker man my self every body i know that bear hunts they do it engilsh style theres been a couple oltimers try to get me to change breeds but yet to do it i do how ever throw a engilsh in my pack he bear hunter iam going to have to hunt with ya some maybe JUST maybe you could change my mind and get me in engilsh LOL

This is not going normal. I have seen many of these polls and ussually it goes-- Plott, Walker, Bluetick, English.

Either English are gaining momentum or there are allot of English hunters on this board. When I first started hunting English I was constantly explaining that they were the original breed that Walkers and Blueticks came from. Now everyone seems to know what they are anyway.

ill have to go with what ever will do it.....i have a nice black and tan bear dog and a nice walker bear dog and i have a pup that i hope will make a bear dog and he is bluetick/walker
