coyote dogs

I recently was asked permission by some guys who wanted to run coyote dogs on my property. It is an area where I also have my cattle. Do coyote dogs ever run cattle?

They're no different than any other hound.

The dogs won't bother the cattle, but the cattle might chase the dogs. We hunt coyotes with dogs around here and have never had a problem.
Most of the farmers around here are more than happy to get rid of the yotes, as they have had calves missing ( cow calf )from the yotes. As you know the calves like to hide when they get to a few days old. Sometimes they will go under the fence to hide in the next field and the cows can not protect them !!!
Hope this helps !!!
