BUB IS STARTING TO SHOW SOME POSITIVE SIGNS OF WAKING UP. HE HAS OPENED HIS EYES ABOUT 6 OR 8 TIMES NOW AND IS FOLLOWING COMMANDS ON OCCASION. HE IS OFF ALL MACHINES EXCEPT HE STILL HAS THE TRACHEA IN BUT IT IS NOT HOOKED UP. THEY DONT WANT TO REMOVE IT UNTIL HE EITHER WAKES UP OR CAN CLEAR HIS OWN THROAT. THIS GIVES THEM ACCESS TO CLEAR HIS THROAT IF THEY NEED TO SUCTION IT OUT. THE DR SAID YESTERDAY THAT HE HAS MADE REMARKABLE PROGRESS AND THAT HE WILL WAKE UP BUT ONLY IN HIS OWN TIME.......HE IS MOVING HIS LEGS, HEAD, FEET AND ARMS ON OCCASION. HE WILL ALSO SQUEEZE YOUR HAND WHEN ASKED TO. THERE WAS NO SPINAL INJURY OR INJURY TO HIS BRAIN STEM. THE FRONT HALF OF HHIS BRAIN IS WHAT WAS DAMAGED....THE BACK HALF IS FUNCTIONING.....WE ALL ONLY USE 10% OF OUR BRAIN SO THEY SAID THE DAMAGED PART WILL RE ROUTE AND RE MAP ITSELF AND TRY TO HEAL. THE CT SCAN THEY DID ON SAT SHOWED SIGNS THAT THE BRAIN IS STARTING TO HEAL ITSELF......NONE OF THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE POWER OF PRAYER AND THE GOOD LORD AS THEY TOLD US WHEN THIS FIRST HAPPENED HE HAD LITTLE TO NO CHANCE OF SURVIVAL. HERE WE ARE 3 WEEKS LATER AND HE IS SHOWING SIGNS OF WAKING UP SO I AM ASKING YOU ALL TO PLEASE PRAY FOR BUB THAT GOD CONTINUES TO WORK FOR HIM AND HEAL HIM. THANKS YOU ALL
