have a two year old walker grade male for sale. he is a very good young hound with one fault. sometimes he will claim the bear once it is dead.
What he is: really good speed. lots of grit and has treed several bear on his own on split chases or out front. Nose i would say is cold, i have put him down with the older trail dogs on trailing tracks but nothing i consider super cold. Does he rig? He strikes out of the box on a good track but i have not rode him alone or on the rig. His down fall is stated above. This dog has not been hunted off baits normally we rig or free cast old dogs and put our young dogs behind them.
