We are working with the club, State mandates on gathering numbers and general health of all our members, club members and fellow coon hunters and show folks.

We are in a tough position, we will be talking about this in a couple days in a teleconference, as the future is just not known. How long do we wait to make the call, How much time do we give our patrons for this event before calling it ???

What do you all think ???????????

Should we wait till May 1st to make the call ?? Is that enough time or should we be looking for another date in August which looks like the earliest we can possibly be looking at ??

With so much uncertainty of how this Virus will effect different parts of our country, more testing available so we are seeing higher numbers now and when they get even more testing it will spike I'm sure.

We don't and never will put anyone in danger, and we know we will have to make a call on our event. Our Raffle will go no matter what, we will not delay or wait, it goes off with the Indiana Evening Pick 3 Lottery. We will have the funds for Bluetick Days prizes if it has to move.

Final Note; let us know your thoughts, and keep us informed on your States actions and social gathering parameters so we can judge and make a sound decision.

GO TEAM BLUE

My Daughter's wedding is May 16th and we will be sending out letters this weekend stating that the reception will be postponed till a later date! she will have just a very small wedding but we just can't take a chance on having something bad happen on such a wonderful day and then have to live with it the rest of our life!

At this point I don't think there are many options other than looking at the August date or cancelling it all together this year unfortunately.
