Definitely get nowhere chatting online, I usually do the call back option and have had mixed results when talking to someone live. Had no problem with my registration online, it just took a lot longer than expected to receive the papers & easy entry card. That said, I talked to four different people since December about the offspring report I ordered on Traveller, UKC shows my order as complete but still never received a single copy of said report. The last person I spoke to said they would email me a digital copy and that never happened either. My request for a refund has also gotten no response. I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer support side of UKC but I sure hope they get it figured out. I need three other offspring reports but am afraid to even try, feel like I’d be throwing my money away at this point. I’ll always register my hounds with the UKC, they just need to try to do better on the rest. It’s difficult for me to plan future breedings without the offspring reports I’m wanting.
