Opinions on Belt lights.

I'm in need of a new hunting light and I'm learning towards a belt light. There's so many options to choose from these days. What's yals opinion on who makes the best Belt lightn for the money, looks like I'll be dropping close to $400 no matter which one I choose.

belt lights

I purchased a new Bright Eyes Heatseeker XP belt light at Autum Oaks in September because I when it gets knocked of my head in thick cover it does not fall to the ground and break the light I also have a Bright eyes Heat seeker not a belt light and one night last summer while stepping off a creek bank I slipped and fell into the water my helment came off and was floating down the creek while I was trying to get back up and at 70 years old I did not get up to quickly and then had to chase after my light floating down stream, and also when standing listening to the dog trail I like to take my helment off my head and let it hang over my shoulder that way you don't have all the bugs around your face during the summer and early fall hunts. the Bright Eyes lights are great and service at Bright Eyes has great. good luck .

Thanks for the feedback, from what I gather Bright Eyes seems to have the best light for the money. Still on the fence on whether or not to get a belt or cap light. They both have their pros and cons,

Beltlights

Rob Giddings at Tall Timber will still build a Nice, Dependable Beltlight at an affordable price.
Also Kevin at Boss Lights still builds a Small Box Light that is very nice as well.
