Brian came down to visit, so we took the pups out for a training session. We're still arguing with each other over who's pup is nicer. They will be 8 months old on May 2nd.

Blizzard is a female. She is smaller and squarer made than the others, but I like her cause she is nice and houndy in a smaller package. All of the others I have seen since they grew up some are tall and leggy like Gambler and Throttle.

We did pretty good at the Field Trial. We had a couple Lightfoot dogs in the finals and took 1st and 3rd in the tree contest. Snapshot was leading the lion blowout race at one point, until she decided to go swimming in the lake. We are going to another one this weekend that I have to run. Then in May we can get down to the real thing and chase some bears.

That is correct.
Gambler,Throttle,Robin,Blizzard and 9 others were
out of Hawk&Blitz. What a Shame that there will never be any more from that cross. Jeremey if you are still having trouble posting some Pics of Robin give me a call and I will help you.

I sure liked that little girl a whole lot. She was a tad to hard headed for Nick... He can handle a stubborn male, but for some reason females give him more of a problem.... Oh well... Good luck with Jeremey.. Keep her on the boards so I can keep an eye on her.

Nice pics. I got 2nd in a tree contest at our field trial yesterday with Snapshot, (Robin's Grandmother). Robin's brother Throttle made the puppy final also. Snapshot ended up getting 2nd place in total points for the whole trial.

Now it's time to catch some trophies with fur on them.

Throttle is just trying to learn how to fly so he can go even faster. His mother is the same way. They are always trying to figure out a way to run a track faster. I think if we breed them right, in another generation or two we might get them to take to the air. LOL

not sure if Ive quite been "LightFooted" yet or not. But I know one thing when the older dogs here blow a gasket on the chain............I know its cuz this lil LightFoot female is lightin up a cat. Loud lil girl for a 4 month old pup. I pretty much have all linebred Rocky dogs here and they tend to be pretty loud. This lil hound at 4 months old can hang in there as far as volume goes. Im so lookin forward to lots of good years with this lil blue dog.

TO REPORT THOSE HOUNDS OF YOURS TO THE F.A.A.. ALL FLYING PROJECTILES, EVEN THOSE WITH EARS THAT APPEAR TO BE WINGS, MUST HAVE CALL LETTERS ATTACHED TO THE BELLY OF THEM AND THEIR LANDING GEAR MUST BE PROPERLY INSPECTED.
IF THESE HOUNDS ARE OF YOUR CHOICE, I WOULD APPRECIATE THAT THEY ALL BE UPDATED AND CONFIGURED SO THAT THEY MEET THE BASIC STANDARDS OF THE F.A.A.. BY THE TIME THESE CHANGES ARE MADE AND THEIR HARDWARE AMENDED, THAT POOR LITTLE WALKER PUPPY RUNNING BESIDE OF OLE' THROTTLE, MAY EVEN BE ABLE TO PASS HIM EVENTUALLY!!! L.O.L.
