Dutch tells me that this young dog is almost too hard and deep a hunting dog. He hunts the mountains and Shockwave is absolutely not afraid of the dark or worried about where his handler is. He has an outstanding mouth on him to match his drive and wide hunting style. If you want to put some drive in your redbones....take a good look at SHOCKWAVE!
He is only a yr old and he is out of Dual Grand Champion Moonlight Aftershock x Joe Maitland's Grand Nite Champion Ipod female
I am sure we will be seeing more of this young dog as well as some of Dutch's other dogs in the winner's circle in the future. Good luck with him Dutch

i had the pleasure of haveing shockwave at my house for a couple weeks before jim sold to shane. He was all natural i hunted him alone at a young age and was flat out impressed by his abilitys for a young pup. glad to see he is getting even better. one of the nicest most natural pups ive ever hunted.

I think ill try and see if I can pry dutchs hands off waves leash for a few weeks while he's busy with h.s. soft ball season there is several that have asked if I seen him go yet maybe ill take a road trip north with him let them see him also

think we might try to get another win on amos tonight and finish him out to nt.ch. while he is still 14 mo old.....
it is between him and b.j. i could try to put a nt.ch. win on her...but i think she is starting to show with jj jr pups.
maybe i will just flip a coin...lol

thanks, we were hope to finish 2 billy pups to nt.ch. last night....but robbie and little red billy came up just a little short of their goal in the nite hunt. he did however pick up his 4th win towards grand show champion on the bench and just needs a place in his next nite hunt to finish him to nt.ch. so we will be watching for some good news on him in the next few weekends and of his littermate sister who also already has her 1st and should finish out soon. i don't think i can be any more proud of old billy...but 2 more nt.ch. would probably make it so...lol

The above video is of Nt.Ch. Outlaw Infamous Amos when he was 10 months old treeing with his uncle Dual Grand Ch. Moonlight Aftershock on a cold night in November. He is the most natural pup I have had since I raised his father...Dual Grand Ch. Outlaw Billy the Kid 20 years ago. Amos is a big dog,has a great mouth and has been running and treeing with very little hunting since he was 8 months old. He finished to Nt.Ch. with two firsts and a one 2nd in the only 3 hunts he has been entered into. I think Amos is one of the most special young dogs I have ever worked with and I hope he can someday fill his daddy's shoes and carry one not only as a winner...but hopefully a great reproducer as well.

Been a very busy spring for me with these dogs. In the process of raising four litter from some of the best crosses I have ever made or been a part of. In my spare time I continue to work young dogs from the crosses from the past 2 years and I must say I have not been dissapointed by any of the pups I have raised in recent years. I have always been lucky when it comes to starting and training young dogs and I can honestly say that I have not raised and trained a redbone yet that didn't make or is in the process of making a good dog. I think alot of that has to do with thouroughly doing the homework on both sides of a potential cross so you know what to expect from it. Research like that also gives me the confidence in a potential cross which helps me get through the frustrating rough spots you encounter with almost every pups developement. Good luck to everyone who is getting one of these special pups. My team and I have put alot of time, money and effort into the planning and exicution of these crosses and when we deliver that pup into your capable hands....we expect you to invest an equal amount of all that is neccesary to give these pups the chance to reach their full potential. I am sad to see them all go one by one...but confident that I will be seeing them again soon in the winners circle and the pages of the coonhunting magazines. Good luck everyone....Shane

These females are all off the same cross of billy x Bree hearing some super things about this group of females mouth drive and tree and if you study there ped there is no question why gen after gen winners that reproduced litters of winners
amazing how this line just keeps pumping out those great females in comp and the breeding pen

Mark, just saw a video of the only male who is from that same cross....awesome loud mouth! My Amos pup from the Deana x Billy cross is the only male from that cross as well and he has a very loud mouth as well. The pups out of Jet x Bree cross are already hurting my ears and they are just a couple months old...
