You are welcome anytime to come and hunt. Our season starts Nov 14 and I'm off all week so I will be looking to to some hunting then I have go 4 days off with Thanksgiving on that Thursday so I will be hunting then as well.
They have the Bunkhouse hunt that weekend so I'm sure I will attend one night there as well

5 mo old Speed & Lace pup

Turned loose coon, she treed it and it fell out. First coon she ever had the opportunity to tree. When it fell out, she was ALL OVER IT!!!

She has been doing great!!! I did get her hurt on a big Bear over on the coast the week before Thanksgiving. The bear bit her in the back and she had to get 12 stitches but she is recovering good!!! I sure hope it didn't ruin her!!! We got the bear he was a mean one thats for sure!!! By the way I call her Tiny. How are you all doing?? Junior

Speed & Lace pup

Daniel Morton called this morning with a good report on his little female off Speed & Lace. He said he came home a couple days ago got out of his truck heard her barking treeded down in the woods went to her and found her treeded on a big Sycamore den tree. Don't know what she had if anything but she was treeded. I will post picture later.

Witch 5 mo old

Picture taken a couple of nights before he found her treed on a big sycamore den tree. This was her first training adventure. Little boys name is Tucker and he is four years old. It was also his frist hunting adventure. I hear he was very excited and was asking when they could go again before they got home.

I am seeing a lot out of this little female that I like . She is doing everything I like to see out of a young pup. I know my son Tucker got a big kick out of her treeing the hang up last Friday night. Thanks for posting Hank!

Jr you get the video and pics from tonights hunt. Sounder is getting it done. I have hunted him strictly by himself all this coon season and he is getting it done anyway you want to see it.

Ditch Witch

(Daniel Morton called today and told me his 6 month old speed x lace pup has treed two singles running lose at his house by her self. says he is going to put her up. Shes never at the house.)

Took 4 hounds last night. Took my Man hound, my Dottie female, Elmo Overton's Sister female and Witchie for a quick dump a mile from the house. Dottie stuck first, followed by Man, then Witch. Elmo's Siter female joined in as well. Hounds took the track a little over 900 yrds into a brushpile. Before I got to them they busted out of the pile blazing 100yds to a fence row. Man, Dottie and the little Witch female fell treed hard, had a big boar.(I will send picks to Hank to post), Elmo's female got caught behind a woven fence and missed the treeing action on this one. But Sister did trail on her first outing since being on the farm( She's coming around Elmo!) Two years of being penned up set her back, but I have seen good improvement.
Okay so I returned to the house, dropped off Man and Witch. So I could do a little alone time with Dottie and Sister. Did not fair to well on this dump. But I could her my little Witch female treed back at around the house, just racking them off. I was about 1.5 miles as a crow fly's from the house. So it took me a good 5 more minutes to gather hounds and head down the road. Pulled over and Witch was treed solid about 100 yards off the road. Walk into her and to my delight she had a big boar. Junior and Hank, the little little Witch female is for real. I hate to put her up but I am afriad I am going to have too. Hank if you will post a couple pic's I send to your e-mail account would you please. Sure am liking what I see so far men!
Had to pen her up and grabbed Man and Dottie for a little alone time for the rest of the evening. My Dot female ended up treeing three more singles alone and the Man dog was able to put two singels out on the limb. By midnight the ground was pretty covered with frost and the coons quit moving, so we called it a night. Gotta go put the hides in the freezer now, but thought I would share my story with everyone! MO River Blue Ditch Witch just past 6 mo.

Treed with other dogs and had coon.

Treed alone , had big boar coon. Coon on tailgate below. This is the third coon she has treed alone.
