Spoke to a fella in Kansas tonight,he has a 8 month old pup off of Sam and Ivy.He said his pup is a go hunting get gone pup that is coon crazy,but the pup wont open up on track or tree.He is at every tree,just wont open,hopefully with a little work he will start opening.Just thought id share a report on a Sam pup,all you usually hear is alot of bragging from people with stud dogs,i wouldnt call this bragging just honesty!!

Steve Gaw's Calli female will be bred to Sam this weekend.This will be the second time for this cross,it has shown great results from the first cross.There are two pups from the first cross that will be NITECH very soon.Calli is a full sister to the Raven female,this cross carries some of the best reproducing blood in this breed.

brian my Sam x Ivy pup always went with other dogs never hung around .stated taking him 6 months old . Copper Top started treeing at 7 months.more consistant now at 8 months. opens up good on warmer tracks and is treeing hard .He gets gone ,hunts hard with or without company . He has a good voice. Nice pup progressing real good. Rocker is putting the go and tree in his pups . Ben

Thanks alot Ben,i got a message and a video this morning from Gary Adams in Ohio.His pup From Sam and Ivy looks and sounds like it is turning it on!!!His pups name Adams Magic Floyd,this joker is a tree dog outa this world.Another great report!!!!

Guys Sams pups are really turnin some heads around the midwest.There is no buddy system here with him and his pups.Its not one click of people hunting them,its total strangers buying them and putting there time into them.So the reports you will continue to here on them will be honest ones!!!!No click here,just the truth!!!!lots of references available

Brian. I got a pup from ben sellers that is 5 months old first time out she barked at dead coon. Second time out she fought a live coon I squalled out. Third time out she ran track and treed with my male on her 5 month bday. I like what I see !

Rocker pups

I have a 9 month old female from Ben Sellars Ivy and Rocker. This girl is not afraid to get deep to find coon. The other night, she got first strike and first tree, on two different coons, with my 6 year old walker. She has been a quick starter. When the tailgate drops, she's gone hunting. I have been very impressed. Keeps getting better every ttime out!!

I also have a 5 month old male from Ben Sellars Lil Red D'ette and Rocker. Took him out in the woods the other night for the first time, got deep and when he was in sight, he had his nose on the ground. He seems to have a head full of brains so far, looking forward to getting him going!!
