guess im going to hell in a handbasket dr said my heatbeat is on the slow side ole arthur is bad in my neck and spine got fluid in my ears got me on antibotics gotta go aug the 1st to do a ultra sound on my coranry artariy in my neck

Dang HB,sounds like ya may need a complete major over haul.I'll tell somethin' that helps w/ arty,glucosamine sulfate 1000mg & lecithin concentrate 400mg. 1st one 2x's a day,2nd one 3x's a day,works for me. You can get these at just about any drug store.

think im past the over haul lol i may look into that stuff next time i go to town i take a powder called cardio for live it helps most of the time if i remember to take my pills right

That's the main thing,on time every time.Man we went up to the salebarn today & around 2:00 it poured,parkin' lot looked like a creek,got a rain here also,never checked rain gauge.

we got 2 pretty good down pours here today they say no rain for the next 4 days hope thier right i ain't went to a sale this yr i been thinkin about buying a good broke quaterhorse or a good mule sense im not able to pull horses this yr boy done sold everything we got he got that busted leg he's out this yr my buddy said he needs me to help him with his so i just help him work his

any y'all drink flovared water i really like that propel grape flavor but it's hard to get at the wamart or shope and save they had 3 cases at walmart the wife got all 3

I used to drink it a lot hillbilly , but got burnt out on the grape. You need to look around and try the peach or black cherry for a change. Been a couple of beautiful days here . How is your BP today ?

Have the tin and wood for shade pavillion at pond. Constuction will start soon. Next if we can get a free backhoe will have cattails dipped out of pond. You can now fish all the way around pond thanks to Glen and Riley. Grass is growing well at over flow that Glen planted. Glen donated lumber. John Drake donated tin and Glen had some. Mark Brassier and Daryl, Andy, Riley and Glen unloaded trailer.

ive try it all i like the grape the best i drink the aquafina when we can't find the propel took it this moroning it was 154/94 think im gonna take my monitor in check it with the drs make sure it still accurate it's probly 15 yrs old or older but they give me some antibotics for my ears im fellin pretty good thanks for asking

dang forgot to tell y'all about my excitment this afternoon buddy that does yard work call me said 1 of the people he works for had bats in behind 1 of thier shutters he didn't know how to get them out and was afarid of them i told him i ain't scared of em he came got me ask me what we gonna do told him stop by his shop we got a ladder i went to the parts room came out with 3 can startin fluid ask me what i was gonna do with it i said you will see i took out all but the top screws sprayed the either in behind the shutter had a boy take a shovel pull the shutter out away from the house i turn the waterhose on em had bats all over the patio floor had to whack some with the shovel but they don't have any bats now lol

well i went from bat hunter to cat hunter mom and dad got 4 or 5 1/2 growed cats comein around theres 2 less tonite this area is full of stray cats neihbor guy borrowed my trap he got like 10 in 2 wks

Man , I fixed porkchops on the grill tonight and they were out of sight ,,,,,delicious !! Corn on the cob,applesauce,greenbeans and watermelon,cantaloupe and blueberry fruit salad . Grand daughter said that I was the best chef in the world ,,,lol

Hey gang,been busy the last few days,cook is in the hospital in Champaign,had a lite heart attack,shes ok now but still up there,just got home,pray for her ,thanks & good night....up date later.
