Hope everyone had a Happy New Year!!!!!

Me, Daniel, and my dad brought the New Years in right!!!! We took ole Blue and Lady out. It sure was a special night!! It is not often I can get my dad to go coon hunting!!!

We are heading to Farmville,Virginia tuesday deer hunting and I guess we will take a couple of our coon dogs to get a little hunting done at night!!!

Junior I am not much on bragging on one of my hounds. But this Ditch Witch pup treed her fourth coon solo, last night. My two older hounds went one way and she split and went the opposite. Sent pitcures to Hank, maybe he will post for us. Took a buddy that hunted with me ten years ago. He wanted to introduce his 5 & 7 year old boys to coon hunting. So my oldest (4 yrs old) son Tucker and I loaded up and went for a spell. We all had a real big time, lots of fun. This little female is doing her thing. Very impressive for this age in my eyes. Thought I would share!

Junior Kelly liter mate to Witchie treed under dozer pile last night after we pulled Phills RJ dog out she went in and got her nose full of that scent she wanted that critter. Could not get the coon but it will happen.

Saw Hanks female a littermate to Witch pick her own tree. She thought she had the coon and made plenty racket on her tree. She went back to the tree three times. I'd say that cross is going to be treedogs for sure.

Had to finally pen my boys Witch female up. Last weekend I could not keep her out of the woods around the house. I wanted to let her run loose a little longer since Hank dropped off a littermate female to run loose for a bit. But cannot do that any longer....she has one thing on her mind! So she is not liking me right now to say the least. This weekend I will take her out for a walk or two, if the weather holds up. Since this little gal seems not mind the dark on her own, I am going to single her out right off the bat. Not going ot push her by no means, cause she is just a baby still. But will have her in the woods occasionally until she is old enough to pour the hunting to her. Junior as long as the weather stays nice I will keep my 4 year old in the woods with me if he wants to go! It has been a lot of fun watching these little men make there way through the woods

I have a litter now just born 1-2-2012. They are out of Speed and a Cameron bred female though. I do not know when I will be breeding another Rambo female. I raised a litter in the summer out of a double rambo bred female though. I have 2 NICE young females out of Speed that do excellent on bear and coon. Daniel turned her loose to get some exercise in the yard. Won't work anymore. She will go hunting if she is turned loose!
Witch is 7 mo old and this is coon no. 5 she has treed alone. I do think she will be in the winners circle.
