Set you a sluice box in that fast water where that smalltree is across the creek. Start digging on the lefthand side of the creek because thats the inside curve that you need to look for . How deep is that pool at the bottom of that little waterfall ? Dawg to me ,it almost looks like a text book setup to me.

I was after a big ol gobbler and came across this. Thought I'd take a pic and ask ya. This creek hooks and turns all through there and hits a bigger creek about 100 yards below pic. Right where my coon feeder is The water looked deeper than my boots. So Im guessing 20-24" deep.

Got to do some panning today ,been sick for the last 6 days ,don't wish it on anyone . I was just reading in my latest Pick & Shovel Gazette ,in the classified ads there is a 20 acre gold claim for sale right beside the one that Parker Shnabel mined in Haines Ak. ,,,right across the creek from Dakota Fred's claim . Someone loan me $1.2 million and you send my mail up there ,lol,, make me a TV show ,,need a catchy name for it .
