evening guys little chilly here calling for rain after midnite gonna take my young dog out see if he can put 1 up by his self moon was full sat nite i left him home good chioce my buddys dog hit a deer he old gyp come back thats a dead give away when she comes back he walk alittle ways from us about 20 mins young dog came back i said you zap her he said no but i shoulda can't figure him out thats 2 i know she hit within a week i ain't gonna put my dog with her till he get's her off them deer

Don't blame ya there,is the loadin' comin' along better? A buddy of mine had a young dog that ran deer,he went out in the day light & turned out on a deer,when fido took in after it he lit him up good,fido gave up on deer.

no the loadin ain't no better took me and my grandson to get him in the box i knew i was in trouble when i try to load him back up wore me out only other thing i could to was put him in the truck with me open the passanger side door dam dog jumped in on the seat sat there coming home lookin out the winsheild things got to change lol i need to hunt him with my budys black gyp some more to build his cofidence he hit 3 differnt tracks run them pretty good sound like he was treed on 2 of them but before i could get to him he came back 3rd 1 he hit pretty close to me i kept as close to him as i could he shut up i just went to the area he was at sat down he kept working finaly he start checking this 1 tree i just sat there he start treeiing on it pretty hard went to shining it had a big split in it i knew i wasn't gonna get that 1 i hated not to be able to get it for him that really would help him alot if it rain tommorro and quits by dark i go again

Guess I am in the hot seat. We went hunting last night and made two drops two coons. It was 33 degrees when I got up. TD I hope you can come down Monday and see me.

got the loading part down last night open the truck door he jumps on the seat and sits there looking out the widsheild lol not they way i wanna do it but by myself it's they easiest way i guess when i go by myself he rides up front don't know why he scared of the box in the truck he goes right in his dog box

lol i gonna work on the dog box thing if the weather straitin up been raining all day and still raining no hunting tonite some of the higher elevations got a little bit of snow dog didn't do to good last nite he just seem like he just couldn't get it togather he did get tree 1 time but grapevines and all them leaves i couldnt find it

Not much rain yesterday here,but chilly today in the breeze,our season for coon don't start till November 10th in the southern zone & November 1st in the northern zone,we're in the southern zone here.

This mornin' around 8:00 or so it started sleetin' big time in Oakland & the temperature dropped,wind kicked up,then it was gone but never did get above 40. Hope ta make it down Monday Mike,but we're startin to put on anhydrous so can't promise,sure hope ta so I can visit with ya.

TD I hope you and Jeff will make it down. Think tomorrow one of the nicest guy you ever meet will be 65 years old tomorrow. Oct.26,1948. A coon hunter was born. Top it off I might get to see a couple of good friends Monday and my dog is in the world hunt. We went last night and made two drop and treed four times seen two coons and the other were two den trees. We will be hunting him tonight and then resting him Saturday and Sunday.

I'd wish ya another 65 years but there wouldn't be any coons left if ya made it that long It looks like I won't make it down if it don't rain or gets too windy Monday,them dang farmers waited till the last minute & want fertilizer & chemicals on now....they had a great harvest & got money too spend,which I don't blame 'em since prices are cheap now.....pray for rain Sunday night here & I'll be there. Oh yeah HAPPY BIRTHDAY & GO TEAM DEACON!!!!!!

Thanks TD. Hope it rains. Thanks Chuck. We went last night and he made two trees in one hour and had the coons both times. We quit and was home at 9:00PM.

We may need Chuck ta do a rain dance also,no rain in forecast till tuesday. 25 mph winds today & I still hauled fertilizer,no wind in the forecast for sunday,so maybe they can catch up on that tomorrow,but they are really givin' the ammonia the dickens,& will put that on till they get done or the ground freezes.
