only thing that came into our feeder on a daily basis was 3 does at times there were a couple little spikes and a 7 pt my grandson watch the little 1s all bow season but the 7pt came in during the nite he had 1 pic where he came in at 4;30 1 evening i just got off the phone with the dnr try to buy a tempory licsense said i had to buy the whole yr i can get my lifetime licsense in july use to be free now they cost 25 bucks

i can't wait till spring myself probly got at lest 2 months of cold cold day's and nites wife keep talkin about get another bass boat but that's as far as it's got so far sure is getting colder that dang wind is picking up put some more straw in for shanny if i had a big crate id bring her in tonite

Rut-row it's down to +16,wind has calmed down from what it was but still ain't goin' out tonite,I know what ya mean about the dog HB,put an old curtain up in front of the old dogs box to block the cold for her,checked her box still had plenty of beddin' & it was warmer in there than outside,but shes gettin' up in years.

yep when they get some age on them ya really got to watch them close i have a 14 inch deep square metal screwed to the frt of the pen i have shanny in to help keep the rain and wind out plus have the frt of the box away from the weather side it's 7 out here right now going to get the big zero with wind chill of 17-20 below i probly feed shanny about 1/2 of what i give her in the moroning then again in the evening keep something warm in her belly

we got a couple small lakes within 30 miles they stock starting in febuary use to go to spruce knob with my brother inlaw in march try it 1 time in january couldn't keep your hole open get's plum cold up there

I got +11,I tried that ice fishin' 1 time,by the time we got a big enough hole for the boat we were done tuckered out everybody stay warm ... nighty night.

Ohh weeee +7 I'll bet you boys are really cold,dang weather says now this arctic blast will last till Sat.,that outta freeze your ponds for ice fishin'.

finaly up to the big 0 now with a wndchill of -14 was -8 at 7am this moroning forgot to check the wind chill sure was cold with that wind go right through ya couldn't get my feedin done fast enough gonna fix me some bacon &eggs bout got the coffe pot empty

I got +15 & that wind ain't nobody's friend,went for a ride seen 2 yotes in a hayfield,as soon as they seen the truck off they went as hard as they could go,I'd say they been shot at one time or another.

I hear ya both,that 1 is the white faced yote I've been seein' for last 2 years,nice big & perty,never have been able to get a shot at it,either no gun at the time or too far of a shot,it'll slip up sometime.

haven't run into any last 2 yrs in the woods we hunt here up the road from the house last i heard any round here has been close to 4 yrs ago they was yapin all around us when the dogs got treed
