He's came from my a breeding my mom did, here in CA. He's a Grandson to Hardwood Henry (Bozo bred) and Hardwood Swamp on the topside, and Lipper bred on the bottom. I think he got the markings from both sides. His mom and grandma had real wide blazes (didn't cover their whole eye) and then bred on the Ol Bozo (who had a half white face himself) came out looking like he did. He has a borther who has a half white face as well.

those are all good looking hounds--- im not sure i could take a picture of atletic ability-

have to be a video- i have to see them move to judge atletic ability - all are nice leggy and proportionate built dogs- - i lke a leggy ,racy, body with a houndy head-- if that makes any sense--

i hate to admit it , but most athletic dog i ever owned was a plott--

he used to land on top of a big dog box --that was in back of full size truck- never had to open tailgate with that fool-

one of my pet peeves about bench shows is when people will place there hind feet WAY back --- in order to make feet look better --
lol they got nice cat feet but they are even with end of tail-- that just aint natural-- they ought to make the bench higher and see what dogs can jump on it and how easily they can land there or run em over a few obstacles--
i think that shows are a good way for people to participate that might not otherwise--

Structure and Movement

I think athletic ability requires both correct body structure and movement. If great movement were enough then you would see a great many 6ft guy's in the NBA. However if body structure were enough every player would be 8ft tall. Like our hound's you see a mix of both great movement and structure. And many different packages of the two.

This is Light Foot Sandy
I think Sandy has both form and movement. We shall see if Sandy has all of the intangibles needed to make a Top hound. At 10mth's old Sandy seem's to be a Nice Prospect
