Thanks to the folks who have called to talk about dogs and coonhunting over the last few weeks. I have not had much chance to get in the woods with my new position at work, but hope to be back at it soon. Thanks to Mychal, Jet and Charm have had some nights out. Mr. John and Bones are the ones needing me to get back to hunting. Feel free to give me a call anytime just realize if my work phone rings I have to take the call. You can bet talking coondogs is more fun than what work will be calling about just not as necessary.

Well Charm had 8 but lost them all but 1. I'm going to build a larger whelping box. Don't know if that was the problem but got to do something different.

Folks I am proud to say Mr. John is really making a nice young hound. He has a very good mouth and the drive to get it done. I am expecting him to make a the kind of hound that can do it with class.

The new position I have at work came with a lot of duties that keep me in the office late and prevent me from being able to answer my cell. No he is a bigger dog around 65 pounds and looks like Reb. Time will tell how good he is. I will have him in Oklahoma in about a week.
