Daryl he is turning all that baby fat to lean muscle!! He gets 30-20 plus scrambled eggs I think he has grown 2 more inches!!!! And I thought Blu was a big boy!!!!

Saturday Night

Paul, we proved the old wife's tale wrong that you cant tree coon on a full moon...but nobody said the moon wouldn't bring surprises!!!LOL!

Ole Buck ran into his first skunk! Oh well that happens, all part of pup training!! He did split tree from other dogs tonite and ranging out more each time we go. Hopefully he learned a good skunk lesson, it didn't get him too bad.
Hunted all three dogs, Rae not in every picture she trees back away from tree most always. I'll hunt her a little while longer till her belly gets bigger. Ended up ok I thought oh no the skunk would be bad omen LOL!!

Monday nite hunt

Thought we mite get rained out....light drizzle really had the coon out!! I saw three coon in the road on the way to the woods...after nite crawlers I assume. We struck off the leash...all in all a good nite! Got into a litter rite off the bat tracks everywhere coon tapped a bunch but boys settled on the right tree, coons up in vines eating grapes!

Cut again Blu went in over 600 yrds smoked a track across a bean field, down a creek then back around bean field to a den! Ole Buck was along for the ride! I mighta run that coon before!!LOL!

Thursday Nite Hunt

While I am waiting to hear how Paul and Darkside Leon did at the World hunt took Blu and Buck for a hunt. One of the best nights in a long time we made 7 trees in less than two hrs hunting time and looked at some dandy coon!

Paul wanted you to know that while Buck is still green as grass he did get two trees by himself with coon looking down! Hope you don't mind all these pics from tonite! The trainee is doing great getting better as time goes on.

Oh and by the way Paul it kills Rae to have to stay home but she is already as big as a house and I'm scared ta death she will hurt herself or unborn pups at this stage so not taking chances. Oh but what has your Sammy done to my sweet little Rae!! Whelping box getting built this weekend!

Monday 09/22/14 Buck Fever

A few more pics from tonite Paul, hunted solo. See if there are any you like! Made 5 trees, struggled on one old feeder track in corn, last track did a nice job. Coon are feeding on grapes heavy.
