Thanks Rick, Ol Rex has a knack for getting to hisself and have the meat a very high percentage of the time, when he locks down u expect to to see it. He'll get deep or tree one close behind dogs, there's better out there but he sure is nice and a pleasure to hunt, and he's putting some nice pups on the ground to boot.

Here's a nice little pup I got here at the house I've been callin Bruiser, and if he don't get bought soon I'll be callin him Bruiser for a long time lol.

Sounds good me Roy, I'm exited for our coon season!! We have a tradition around here on opening night, we hunt till right around midnight then all the local coonhunters within an hr so, meet up at a truck stop diner and have an early breakfast and lie about how many coon they treed so far and catch up on all the bull, then after our bellies are full were back at it til sunrise most the time. You know you and John are welcome to come and hunt and stay anytime. I'll try to plan it to where Jacob will be here at the same time so we can pick on him some lol. And little Kharter would have you sittin at a tea party instead of huntin if u bring Barbie dolls lol.

We had a good opening night, we treed 6 and carried 4 out. Rex treed a whopper on our 2nd drop, he was deeeep and the coon felt like a bear cub by the time I got him carried back to the truck lol. Can't wait to get some young ones out this season before the weather get too bad, good luck to all this season.

Took afew days off with the hounds and my good buddies, Derrick Pendergrass and Tom Smith from Franklin,NC and Chris Anderson from Spring City,TN came and stayed afew days for our opening deer gun season. We had a blast and done what we set out to do , FILL THE FREEZER! Our hunt was cut short on a good note, Chris was awarded with Tree Farmer of the year in the state of Tennessee, so congrats to him on that.

Thanks John, I got to get two doe with my bow then the buck with my rifle, we had an awesome deer season this year and all of us got the freezers filled. Merry Christmas to your and your family also.

Chub, Ol Echo is lookin good man, the female can compete with anything when she's on, and is one of the loudest females I've ever heard !! It's crazy the cannon the little body packs around lol. ( Cold Sweat X Janey)

It's been crazy around here between deer season and work ringing the phone off the hook, was gone outta town working up north all last week and the dogs haven't seen the timber near as much as usual this time of year, but hopefully that's gona change if he weather allows. Before I left for work last week I got to take my baby girl out for a quick drop with Rex. This was her first time goin, she's only 3 but has beggin to go "coo hauntin" with daddy. Needless to say I think she may be a regular when the weather is right. She's good with a squaller and even thought we should eat the coon Rex treed lol. We settled for McDonalds and went home on a good note. Nights like these I'll remember and for the rest of my life.

Jacob had been puttin the miles our big WILDCARD x JANEY pup alone in the mountains of eastern Kentucky, he's still got a ways to go but this dog is as natural as we've had. If he's cut with others he wants to be alone and do his own thing with a mouth like a grizzly. He just may make us a coondog when it's said and done.

Me and my boy Brayden decided to take our pup GUNNER and Rex out for afew quick drops last night, after afew long bad tracks Ol Rex finally got us one on the outside. Bray had a new gun and got his chance to use it. He's a heck of a shot, he hit this tough coon afew times on the move and got Rex some fur in his mouth. Good memories to last me a lifetime!!

It's been a bad few weeks for Janey pups, John Franklin of MO had an 18 month old off WildCard X Janey that had been treeing his own coon for awhile like a seasoned dog , He flipped his stomach and passed away, this dog had a couple firsts I believe. Then got more bad news from Les Condra in TN that his year old female off Feelin Big X Janey got hit and killed on the road, she had treed her own coon several times also. It's ashame, all a mans hard word can end in a blink of an eye.

On a good note, I've got our male, Gunner, up here off WildCard X Janey and he treed afew coon last night in style. Split deep and alone, this pup is probably the loudest male off Janey or any I've heard in a long, long time. He still needs a lot of woods time but before long I'd say we will hits some hunts and check his oil.

Thanks to all the hunters out there putting time and sleepless nights into pups from our breeding program, it's greatly appreciated!!
