We will try to get it done thats for sure!!! We have been hunting quite a bit now after the holidays. Hunting these ole Speed Dogs. Zip is really going to be nice if I don't mess her up!!! LOL!!! She came in heat on me and hadnt been able to hunt her in a week or two!!! Maggie is treeing the coons!!!!

Last night

Went hunting with Michael Carroll from North Carolina, Andy Graves, Bubba and Tyler Phillips last night. We had a good night treeing 4 coons and a great time!!! The dog work wasn't perfect but they still got it done!!! Michael has a nice Rambo bred dog!!! I tried to talk him out of him last night but didn't have any luck!!! He thinks he will just keep him and I don't blame him!!!

This is a picture of Michael's dog on the tree. He is Rambo bred out of Tree Banging Hoss and Surbers blue Missy.

Tyler and I definitely enjoy hunting with you and your friends. Look forward to hitting the woods with you again tonight. Hopefully the performances will be better, but we cant complain to much we did get to see plenty of coons!

Ive seen that dog somewhere before!! Lol appreciate you having us out to hunt with you! Sure hope them coons are moving better tonight than last night! I look forward to a return trip to see speed in action. I bet daniel is one proud owner, ol blue sure is a very nice coondog. He sure sounds good up on the wood!

Hunted Witch in the snow and she did just fine, turned her out on right on a coon track int he first dump and she had him on the outside. The 2nd dump she drummed up a older track and took it about 800 yards and put a den on the end of it. Thought that was enough for a snowy night.

Last night's hunt

Went hunting last night with my buddy and his girlfriend Taylor. They got treed right when it started pouring down the rain!!! This was Taylor's first coon!!! She was tickled to death!!! We had a good time!!! Thought I would share the picture of her with her first coon and dog!!!

Last night we hunted a dog I have hunted with for several years and just got the opportunity to buy her recently. She comes from a cross that produced several good dogs. Don't think she is as good as her brother but time will tell.... I really like her brother Hoss and have hunted with other littermates that are nice dogs out of that cross. I will be hunting her hard for a while thats for sure. Also got a pup out of Jonah's dogs Hoss X Lou. Haven't seen much out of him yet but I like him!!!! He is just fixin to turn 2 and Travis told me he was ready to get serious with!!! Clinton's Anne female came in heat yesterday so hopefully we can get her bred to Speed and be lucky enough to get pups out of her as old as she is. Really want this cross to work out because it would have my dogs on top and bottom!!!

Junior lookout I finally made a account lol you just need to price her to me since you have all them young dogs your workin with lol it looks like it didnt take much to get her back in the routine shes as nice as any out there you can go ahead and book me a female out of her and speed those pups should have no problem treein a coon. Elmo I cant believe you came all the way up to hunt and I coulndnt make it . Hows the huntin up your way Elmo? Got maggie finished yet?

Maggie is hunt ready I hope. I still need to work on a few small things but this dog wants to please me anyway she can. I'm sure not afraid to turn her loose anywhere that is for sure. UKC hunts will start showing up for the new year so I might hit a few early hunts. Maggie is due to come in heat in Feb. so we shall see.
I had a blast in Tenn. so I will be back. I'm going to the Grand National Reunion in Kentucky this years so it is half way and you guys should meet me out there.

Jr a Speed x Annie cross WOW! That should be the right combo for sure. There is your Rambo you have been wanting and then some.

Jr. good to hear from you, I will be looking forward to breeding Susie to Speed will be a good cross, I know Tony will be happy about that. Susie goes back to some of the same stuff as Speed, Mcullough Boston Mountain Gypsy, Davis White River Suger,and Screech. It will be a month or so but I will keep in touch.

Speed is the real deal as far as coondog and treedog are concerned.
I would love to have one like him in my kennel.
Jr Watson you should concider save a few straws from Speed just in case. Might be a wise decision.
