Hey Dick, the Rex/Fancy pups are right around 8months old, the ones I've been able to keep up with are wild gamey and have all started early and easy. I've got my female off this cross in North Carolina, she ran track her very first night in the woods and will tree with old dog sometimes then sometimes she be off to her self, she's only ever seen one coon. But she's a top looker with an impressive mouth.

Congrats to Elmer Stoltzfus and his dog JOE on pickin up $72 in a PKC hunt last night. I hunted with Joe a lot before Elmer bought him from Mike Hardwick and watched this dog tree 2 and 3 coon a night consistantly as a 1 yr old alone.,Mike done a heck of a job starting him and Elmer is doing the same on his way to finishing him. Joe just turned 2, Elmer has plans to have him out at the Super Stakes.

CONGRATS to Jacob and JAN-IT. She is the only pup from her cross, She needs that one last win now, Jan-it is 2 yrs old, hopefully we can get that last one before she's 3. When she's split u can squall, shoot ect. At other dogs tree, she will not budge. She's not perfect but good enough to keep gettin her feed bowl filled up here.

Went over and hunted with Elmer Stoltzfus last night, we had a good hunt. We got stopped by some younger kids at the gas station that had heard off this coonhuntin thing and was dying to tag along. One of them was only 14 and had never been at all. First drop we cut Elmer's dog Joe and Rex loose, they got split and both had a coon and we let him shoot them out, needless to say he was HOOKED!! He had a little head lamp and regular work boots but the knee deep swamp didn't even slow him down lol. We answered at least 1000 questions but we had a blast and he's already to go again lol. On a side note, it's looking like Elmer has Ol Joe dialed in, we cut him loose 3 times and he had a coon every time. Janey has give us many pleasurable nights from these pups shes reproduced.

We had awesome weekend hunt here with Chad St. John and Joseph Carlisle up from Alabama, and Jacob even found his way outta those Kentucky mountains to come up. It tried to get cold and bitter on us and snow but we still had a blast and got several coon treed on the outside.

We got a pretty cool picture of Janey and a pup from each of her litters. She's been good to us and put some nice coon tree'ers out there for us and others to enjoy.

Congrats to Chubb and Elmer!! There was 3 pups off Janey in the woods last night.

Chubb and Echo got the CW by treeing the only two coon the cast seen.

Elmer Stoltzfus picked up another CW with JOE (Honey Creek Spider X Janey) in a PKC hunt last night by treeing the only coon the cast seen.

And Chad said the Rex done good just bad breaks, was cut loose 4 times and got split all 4 times. Had 1st and 1st on a coon on first drop then had 3 circle trees and just got beat plain and simple.

Good luck again tonight fellers!!!

That's makes two of us that's glad they got momma's looks lol!! You and John come on out when you get a free weekend, the weather has been good for it, and we are gettin afew young ones tuned in.

Here's a pic of Gunner(Wild Card x Janey), he split treed about 400 yards from his half brother Joe(Honey Creek Spider x Janey) the other night, both dogs had the grease!!

Congrats to my partner Jacob for handling JAN-IT to her last and final win last night, her new official name is GRNITECH 'PR' AFTER DARK'S JAN-IT!!!

It was about 3years ago we went out and hunted with Curt and Sweat It and decided we would breed Janey to him, so we took her back home and drove out again when she came in heat and the cross was made. All that driving and days off work and hotel stays and gas $$, two months later Janey had 2 Pups, that right , ONLY 2!!! But that was ok we got our female we wanted and Curt bought the male back from us, and just a few months later we get a call from Curt and his young Janey/Sweat It male pup had been hit by a car and killed, making JANIT the only one left. Despite all that happened between then and now, she won her first hunt the day after she turned a year old and won the first 3 hunts she was in making her a NITECH, I brought her to Indiana and put afew wins on her and qualified her for the world at the only RQE she'd ever been to, we had too many pups to fool with so she went back to KY for Jacob to focus on her. With all that said and the rest is now history, she is a 2YR OLD GRNITE, so congrats again to Jacob and our high strung, hard headed, chop mouth all the way little pup JAN-IT. Now it's on to the next chapter!!
