Well I think tomorrow night I will head down east and see how Storm likes them swamps it should be interesting one way or another .Willow never minded them I guess it's time to see what her daughter does if she does well than maybe the next time its the salt water marshes at the bay

I see where Hillsville has a Field Trial Sat afternoon. I figured that you would be going there. I talked to a guy that has a littermate to Storm and Daddy last night. He said that he was doing very well and he really liked him.

Jason the eastern shore is a blast but totally different and yea had better make sure you know the tide tables Richard Storm is a field Champion and a grand bench champion hopefully the nite champion part is next but she is a young dog and they can b easily influenced by bad behavior or behavior of dogs that some owners don't mind but I do working on the finishing her out around dogs I know or that are mine and by herself we still a brewing for now no tornado to turn loose yet lol

I found one yesterday that a little hole in the bottom could have made a difference. It was there, safe and secure. Probably best it stayed in there.

Richard me and my Dad were hard on coons we hunted hard most of the night we have cut as many as 3 trees in one night if was a Friday or Saturday night Dad never amid to quit before daylight I can't tell just how many we treed after daylight heck we even cut pines could not find him or get look or it couldn't be climbed we cut it. We would hunt all night Christmas Eve and Christmas night my Mom used to get so mad. Dad died in 2002 he was 72 but we still hunted together up till he died he was the best hunting partner I ever had he was loyal to his dogs he didn't like to leave em and when they got em treed he would say they did there part now it's time to give em there reward but when spring time got here he put em up and didn't hunt till the little coons were big enough to make it if ya killed the Mom

But there is not a sweeter sound in this world than the chop of hound and the ring of a ax on the side of the mountain way back in a hollow

Well, the holidays are officially over. Santa Claus brought me a brand new Tom Tom GPS for my Jeep. I had completely worn out my old one. I guess that it is time for Boone and I to hit the road. Everything here is flooded.

looks like you guys need a boat to hunt from LOL. We had a couple inches of Ice its melting off fast today. Ill be hunting tonight we have no ukc hunts up here till spring the next hunt Im gonna get to will be southern redbone days. Gonna spend a week or two in NC before the hunt I have a family friend says he has some good places to run down there and he has no hound. Coon season just re opened a week and a half ago they close it during deer season so I should have some fresh pics soon.

Jeremy, which dog are you going to hunt at Southern Days? What has happened to Carlos now? I thought that he said that he was going to start back hunting? I am waiting on a call from Jason to meet up and get Wilma. I spent 3 days hunting with the Rodeo Redbone guys out in Kentucky and had a great time. They have some nice hounds.
