Been in Canada fellas. Where cell phones don't work and the walleye bite like crazy. Caught lots and lots of fish. Good times. Its nice to get away from work.
Yeah I got my Matthews out this morning. Still shootin like a dream but the operator is a little rusty.
Nice to come back to cooler weather. Time to get some stuff done. We'll see how the dogs handle it now.

Nice to see you made it back home, lets get the dogs out and do some hunting. Got your hometown hunt coming up and I would sure hate to beat u there.LOL Had a good scare the other night...Granny fell out of a tree about 20ft off the ground!! She was a little dazed but ok, sore but ok. Don't think I don't know how lucky her and I both are.

The BOATER and BUB strike again. First time BUB hunted him since E days, now that is the kind of dog I like you don't have to hunt him every day of the week to win. Did Mark do any good with RAMBO? Soon as that moon goes under ANNIE and ICE are hitting the woods,they'll be ready for the hunts very soon, just have to figure out who I can get to hunt them. Getting some work donr on the leg so maybe by then I can do it. You know I was tutored by one of the best rule benders out there ,I won't mention any name . tom One more time THANK YOU BUB for everthing.

I seen mr. right last night 180 for sure maybe a little bigger. Now all I have to do is get him within 40 yards. Getting a nice rain today ,will make my food plots grow . I know there are 2 nice ones in the area so should be a good year. Got the two STAR and CHARLIE pups sunday ,they are really nice should make some very nice hounds. TOM

Randy - Ohhhhhhhh Rainbow and Mark will be more than happy to go to a nite hunt with a bunch of sallies. Wilma might like the south better than up north anyways. Might be hard for her to leave gods country.
Tommy - I think I might have to hunt over your way! ****. I haven't seen anything like that yet. I don't have my trail cameras out yet. If you get tired of the rain I can use some. Make my job a lot easier this fall. Getting the big one within bow range is a tough one. I plan on doing more of that this fall.
See what the dogs do tonight. Should be another nice night.

Got a 3rd Friday night looked good .. saturday looked good got beat on the last tree found the plots and couldn't find Wilma's. She still looked good and had a good hunt both nights. Stan won his cast saturday night with fancy , but didn't get the card back to the club in time. lol It will be alright fancy will get them next time.

Thanks for bringing them over last night Randy . Some dogs just can't hunt creek bottoms ? But good track dogs that can think , will find the coons ! Your dogs did a real nice job last night Charley and Wilma . Man that Wilma is something else ! What a nice young female that can track and locate . We sure like the looks of that blue female we got from you . Hey good luck with Charley in the hunt , coming up im sure he will do a fine job . Who said go to the big timber ? That is alot easier than hitting a couple drainage ditches , then you see what type of track dogs you brought with ?

Dogs are starting to look better in this stuff. Had a descent hunt last night. Sounds like summer might stick around a couple more days coming up. Need a rain!!!!
For a bunch of young dogs hunted by themselves last night they did really well.

The little female I picked up woke me up at 4:30 this morning. She had a big cat cornered and was making a lot of noise. For no bigger than she is, she has a pretty good mouth. Kinda sounded like a ball mouth.

Then about about 7am in the morning another cat decided to come into the yard and the race was on to the fence. She was treeing on the fence for because the cat stopped about 10' on the other side of the fence.

I have had Ace out a few times. He is starting to turn ino a coondog. BIG DOG with a Big mouth when he is confident enough to use it....However, I found out today my wife is officially on bedrest or homebound rather, and instead of my son being born in 6 and a half weeks it may be 3 and a half weeks... so Ace may have to sit awhile till the baby gets here, Im gonna try to get out some next week. But my wife aint allowed to do much around the house so now I am the bread winner and the maid...lol Randy I should have you come over you can help me out with being a maid...lol.....you have plenty of practice dont ya???? just kidding, seriously though if you get bored and wanna take ace out let me know.

Two very nice pictures . See it didn't hurt a bit did it ? guess it is my turn now ,ANNIE and I are going out tonite again . Went with Brandon last night and had a very good hunt with old STAR. She's been in the pen for four months and did'nt lose a thing. ANNIE did a nice job and we had a lot of fun. I think old STAR is one of the best if not the best track dog out of that line . Hey Randy nice job with Wilma and putting a first on her . I heard the competition was there and she looked great , nice job Randy . I told you that she needed to hunt at English days , who knows how that would have turned out . I like the Jesse dog too , that little blue female we have is looking good . Hope she keeps the family tradition going . Maybe you can breed some more good females to Joker this year . Call me and we will run some dogs before bow season starts .
