Thanks Daryl she had never been on the bench before and was a little nervous but she did good for her first time and has great confirmation.

Doug we just got her about a month ago, she will be 4 in June. We have hunted her some but its hard to give a fair judgement on one that hasnt been hunted much given the weather we have. Especially given the fact that when we got her she was living in the house. So far she doesnt seem to care for the snow but will go huntin with other dogs, Seems to be a pretty good strike dog and is a decent little tree dog. Just doesnt wanna get gone by herself but she acts like she will once the snow isnt so deep. She has a good carrying high pitched bawl mouth on track and a nice chop on tree. I havent heard a definate locate yet but hopefully the weather gets better soon and we can make a more fair assessment of her. So far though we like her haha.

Just the fact she was a housedog and 4 and then hunting in this crappy weather and still hunts tells me I bet she will come on once she gets used to going. Once she gets comfortable with the spring warmup and goes through a cooling off period this fall prior to winter she should adapt for you. Glad you like her so far! Thanks!

She definatley has it i just want some better weather to bring it out haha. You can tell by her actions that she was never hunted much but again that could just be the weather as well. She will make a nice little hound for the boys and I.

Got more snow over the weekend but the Temps are suppose to be nice this week so snow or no snow were gonna be hitting the woods hard to get these dogs ready for the CHKC English Breed hunt on March 21.
