Brandy last night

Brandy treed 2 huge boars last night. Man when you turn her loose you better be ready to walk!!! I used to think thats what kind of dog I wanted but I wonder anymore. I must be getting older!! Thank goodness I had a good truck man to come and pick me up!!! Thanks Daniel!!!

Heard from Daniel Morton today he hunted Whitchie last night and she treed 4 singles and a double in 2 an 1/2 hrs not bad.

Yes , Junior and Hank this little female is doing this on a very consistent bases. I am really focusing on hunting her a lot this winter alone. If all goes well her and I will be chasing her degree come spring Ditch Witch has been very accurate so far, seems to have a fairly cold nose on her and opens nicely on track. She carries a higher pitch bawl track mouth and a belly rubbing chop tree mouth. Her mouth really carries through the timber. I am liking her men!

Lady is doing great for you!

What are you plans on breeding her in the future?

If some how we can make it happen I'd love to get Maggie bred to Speed one time before it's to late. I'm thinking tree power get gone type dogs and should and would be in the winners circle. Just thinking out loud.
I know I want to get Lumber bred to her at some point but time will tell.

I hadn't made up my mind yet but I have to get that done if I can catch the timing right. I would like to catch her in the spring because that gets me out of bear and coon season. Time will tell....Yea crossing Speed X Maggie would flat work am sure. Speed is getting older so if that is what your wanting to do we might want to do it in the near future.

Junior I wanted let you know duke is doing fine I had to put him the lot he was running rabbits across the creek.we have treed 7 bears and killed one the black&tan/cur I told you about is as rough as the man said he was seen him grab a 100 pounder by the head need less to say it went up a tree I'll call you in day or two.thanks for duke he already part of the family thanks Chris merry Christmas

Boys don't overlook this Speed dog he is reproducing

He is 10 now I believe and not going to be around forever. This dog is a darn good one and his pups are showing the same tree power has Speed.
Don't look back and say I wish I would have bred to this dog while he was alive.

Virginia Hunting Trip Deer hunting with dogs

We just got back had a great time hunting. My dad has been going since the late seventies and started me when I was in 6th grade and I started Daniel when he was in 4th. Family tradition to say the least. We may not kill alot of big deer but we have a great time and love hearing those dogs run!!
