I would like to thank the people that purchased a pup from me at the Grand American. I arrived at 10 am on Thursday and all pups sold by 1:30 Friday. Its always nice to have so many people tell you that you have some of the nicest looking, and well cared for pups on the grounds. thanks again Dave

I have been thinking about moving some of my semen, out of Chief, That I have stored at Never Gone, Too Northview INC. in North Ridge Ohio. I have about a week to make up my mind. I would appreciate any input from any one that have used them in the past Thanks Dave.

Moon has come in. She will be ready to breed next week. Once again I will not be able to breed her to my Chief semen. Everything is shut down here, and they are asking for as little travel as possible. I will be breeding her to BoJack again. Pups will be PKC SS. People need to lay low and limit their activities for a couple of weeks, so we can get rid of this virous !!!!

Wild and blue country is now at my Kennel. Thank you Mackie for allowing Country to come back to NY. Mackie purchased Country from me as an 8 week old pup. Mackie raised and trained this hound. He is a littermate to my Moon female. He has two nice littermate Brothers that have turned out to be nice hounds. One is GR. Nite CH. Country Cub. The other is a male owned by Frank Place that Frank will be entering in the hunts this year. There was 5 pups out of this litter. All four of the pups that were hunted turned out. One never made it to the timber. I will be naming him McGinnis Blue Country. HE is a sharp looking hound, with a good mouth and plenty of personality. HE is two years old. Country trees coon not trees, and likes to be by himself. I hope that he is what I am looking for, and stays here till the end like Chief did!! Thanks again Mack!!

hunted Country last couple of nights He has looked good. He has had a coon on every tree. Will start hunting him more after turkey season is over next week. Don't want to ruffle any ones feathers.

Crazy weather
I have not hunted last few nights. Its been over 90 here the last three days. Just a couple of weeks ago the ground was covered with snow in the am, and at three in the afternoon I was mowing the grass. Crazy! So far I like my new hound. He is leaving on the run as soon as I cut him, He is moving around fast, But is covering the whole area as he moves to get deeper. TREES COON NOT TREES, and seems to move a track decent, and is a nice clean tree dog. I do not know how deep he will hunt yet. The deepest he has had to go to get struck so far is 500 yards. I don't know what kind of Comp. dog he will be yet, But I like him and he is a coon dog from track to tree. McGinnis Blue Country is two years old. I have bred him to one of my females, and will be breeding him to another one of my females. I want to see what his pups are like by the time he is three. Pedigree of Country and June cross below.

Moon had her pups yesterday, 6/9. She had 10 I will get a count on males and females in a day or two. It was over 90 here yesterday with high humidity. She did very well with the pups. It was a tuff day to have to whelp 10 pups! It is going to be the same today, then it should cool off some. I am sure Moon and the pups will be much more comfortable when it dose.

Season has been open for a week. The weather hasn't been the best, Lots of rain to start the week. Last two nights full moon and frost. The leaves on the trees are pretty much off, and its easy to find the coon. I have two males out of Country that I have been hunting. McGinnis Blue Country, and McGinnis Blue Uncle Sam. I know I will jinx myself, and my hounds, But I will say it anyways. I have seen a coon in every tree that the dogs have made. That being said I have not been hunting hard. I was under the weather night one and two and it rained hard night three, So I hunted four nights this week. I started at dark and was home by 9:30 10:00. Country has looked good. He leaves on the run covers ground fast, and goes as deep as he has to get under a coon. Sam is coming along. He was hunting out about 200 t0 400 yards, then checking back in, and then going out again about the same distance. Last night with the frost and full moon he went 800 yards before he got treeded. Because we have so much rain, and the ground is so wet I have not been hunting out of the side by side. I have been parking truck on roads and walking to dogs. I have been hunting them both by themselves alternating nights. Next week I hope to start hunting harder, coming home and switching up hounds, and putting some time on my females. take care Dave

My wife and I are down sizing. We built your house and kennel 35 years ago. With the kids all on their own, we no longer need a 5 bed room home. We have sold our home and well be closing soon. The new place we have purchased dose not have a kennel, until a have one built. So I need to clean out on some hounds. I have two females for free. They will go on a 1st come bases. The person that can get them out of my kennel 1st gets them. I will not meet and I will not hold them. DO NOT TEXT ME !!! I WILL NOT ANSWER TEXT!!!!! I WILL NOT SEND PICS!!!!!
