Hello All Good mornin to yas.Went and sat in a deer stand this mornin that 29 degrees felt really good ,but chilly..It must a been to cold for the deer cause I didnt see a one till I was headed back to the barn,,Theres yet another day to chase those big bucks For now lets get to todays message.. John Calvin was one of the greatest theologians who ever lived. He said, “I gave up all for Christ and what have I found? I have found everything in Christ.” Do you wish you could say that too? You can. Just don’t get confused about what it means to “give up all” to find Christ. So many think that being a disciple or a christian means they must get into a movement or go to the mission field or attend seminary.stop playin golf,or stop bowling,or stop hunting or stopplayin ball.GOD gave us all these different past times and vocations and things that we do so we can minister to others about him and spreading the word through the things we do. Friend, being a disciple is fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ — knowing Jesus intimately and following Him wherever He leads. Fellowship with Christ comes before service for Christ. We must minister to Jesus before we can minister to anyone else.

Are you praying about where you fit in the body of Christ as His disciple? It is tragic, but many will never accept their sainthood. A while back, it was in magazine for believers to make comments like “I’m saved, but I’m not a Christian.” Then the person would explain, “Well, I’m not worthy to call myself a Christian because I’m not living like one.” Let me nail this down for you. Have you believed upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and repented of your sins? Have you called upon Him to save you from the judgment of hell? If so, then you are the next of kin to the Trinity. You are a child of the King! Since you are part of God’s family, Jesus is not only your Lord and Savior, but He is your Friend and Brother. Being in the family of God isnt easy,were still gona do things that we ought not do because we are in the flesh.God is workin on us all the time.If we keep living and working for our Lord one day,When were called home to heaven.untill that day comes were still gona sin ,,but the main thing is ,,hang in there keep askin for forgiveness.
Have you felt like you couldn’t call yourself a Christian because of your sin? Have you ever wondered what humility is all about? True humility is not thinking negatively about yourself. It is agreeing with what God says about you. The grace of God will exalt a person without inflating him and humble a person without debasing him. I am what I am because of Christ. In this life, you are not going to be sinless, but as you deal with sin in your life, you can come closer to being free from sin. Sinless? No. Blameless? Yes. As you confess and stay prayed up, you can be blameless.

You are accepted right now in Christ. God does not change you so He can love you. He loves you so He can change you! God loves you as much as He loves Jesus. If you are saved, you are in Christ. And where is He? He is seated in the heavenlies. You are also seated in those heavenly places, even though you still have your address on planet Earth. You are enthroned with Him.

Once I got to go to a revival and listened to Mr Billy Graham I drank in his words. I listened and took it all in. One of his statements went straight to my heart: “There is no panic in heaven, only plans.” That is how God operates — no panic. Did you know the Holy Trinity never meets in an emergency session? God has never stepped down from His throne. Jesus has not left His right hand, and the Holy Spirit has not stopped interceding for you, His child. Refuse to listen to Satan’s lies of fear, discouragement, and despair. You are a victor. And God is in control! I talk so much about havin Jesus Christ in your life.When you do,, theres nothing that anybody or anything can do too you,God will be there for ya.

Good Wet Mornin,Man its rainin here ,It has been for 2 days now. Its chilly ,nasty, and cold. Its just been a good time to get yer work done and get back in the barn .So lets go with todays message. People God Chooses to Do His Work

“But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty.” - 1 Corinthians 1:27

The people God chooses to do His work are plain, simple folks. All you have to do is look at the twelve men Jesus chose to be His disciples. Fishermen, a tax collector, a “zealot.” What a ragtag bunch! But they ended up “turning the world upside down.” And those who watched them exclaimed, “Why, these are ignorant and unlearned men!” (Acts 4:13). Maybe you didn’t make the “Who’s Who,” or worse, the “Who’s Not”! That’s all right. God has a plan for you. God knows what He is doing. He turns the table on the world’s idea of success. Wealth, fame, acclaim. None of these are necessary for you to be used of God.

What a glorious truth for you to share with someone today who may be feeling like they’re not worth much. Ask God to lead you to that someone right now. Just look at me, I drank beer ,cussed like 2 Sailors and a platoon of Marines ,I never once in a days time thought about JESUS or anything to do with him and when I asked him into my life he changed me and uses me for tasks that I wonder why he choose me to do it. Guilt dogs the footsteps of mankind. It gnaws. It growls. It eats away at the joy God intends for us. Is there no peace from guilt? Will the ghosts of our guilt always lurk nearby? Not with the convicting work of the Holy Spirit and the healing power of our Lord in us! The devil is the prosecuting attorney who is going to point his bony finger of accusation at you. But the Holy Spirit is not the accuser. He is the Convictor. In love, He convicts to lead us to confession. Then we can confidently come to God and ask for cleansing. No psychologist or psychiatrist can take away guilt. Only Christ Jesus can. He will wash you as clean as a mornins snow and you will look as if you were hit by a white tornado. Hey everyone ! Its getin cold out side. Last week I had a couple friends from West Virgina come and go coonhuntin with me, Mr Buck Brown and Seth Radar. We had fun and enjoyed the fellowship, As long as a person has friends your never alone. Todays message is about a friend a close friend so lets get on to it... Never Alone

I read in a book a while back where a great BIBLE teacher wrote that loneliness is the most devastating malady of this age.

What is loneliness? Many confuse it with being alone. But you can be alone and not lonely. Your loneliness does not have to overwhelm you. After all is said and done, truly your only solace is found in Jesus. Why? He understands. John 1:10-11 tells us that the world neither received Him, nor knew Him. In many respects He lived a life of loneliness. “But I need somebody real.” Jesus is real. He is closer to you than anyone else can be or ever will be. What a friend we have in Jesus! We will never be separated from Him! We can talk and tell him anything He is always there for us always ! So ,We all get lonely at times Our LORD JESUS is our go to person when we are . Are you lonely? Chances are someone you know is, too. Why don’t you give someone a call right now and invite them to do something. The good LORD doesnt want us to sit around being lonely. Do you know what you’re doing in the morning when you have a quiet time? Weeding your garden. You’re weeding the garden of your mind, so that the good seed of the Word of God can multiply. Now, the next step is to plant the seed and cultivate His harvest. And when you go out to win souls, water the crop with your tears. Read how the Lord’s heart broke over the people He longed to embrace and love unto Himself (see John 17). Learn this same sort of compassion in the garden God has given you to harvest for His kingdom.

Well deer season didnt go so good.I think they have hiding places that they go to during deer season.In 3 days I seen just a few deer.Others here my friends a few miles away seen several.and even shot a couple nice bucks . Well thats ok. Lets get to todays message The Cleansing, Healing Work of the Holy Spirit

“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for Thou art my praise.” Jeremiah 17:14

There are two kinds of wounds to the human psyche. One is sorrow; the other is guilt. Sorrow is a clean wound. Somehow your heart will heal as the Holy Spirit applies His healing balm. He will pour in “the oil of gladness.” Time and the grace of God will heal. But guilt is dirty and will never heal until it is confessed and cleansed by the antiseptic of Calvary. A slave only fears his master’s whip, but a son fears his father’s displeasure.

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare. St. Augustine once said that we were created with a “God-shaped” void.

I agree.

Only God can meet the deepest longings of our hearts. There is nothing that can satisfy apart from your relationship with Him.

But it's not because He is a heavy-handed dictator forcing you to accept life the way He dishes it out! Who knows what will satisfy your deepest needs better than the One who made you? As your Creator, He can see what your needs are going to be tomorrow and ten years from tomorrow. Don’t you think He knows what you need today?

What do you need today? Notice I’m not asking, "What do you want?” but "What do you need?" Does your Father know what that is? God has not promised you smooth sailing, but He has promised you a safe landing. He has a purpose in allowing every circumstance into your life. You can bank on this: He’ll see you to the shore in every storm of life.

Andrew Murray said, “God is willing to assume the full responsibility for the life totally yielded to Him.” One of these days your destiny will be fulfilled. And soon and very soon, He is going to step down from the mountain of His glory, and the trumpet will sound. Our little ship will leave the sea of time, and immediately we’ll be on the shores of eternity.

When He comes, He’s coming for you! He’s coming for me! Good Friday Mornin,Well the weekend is here again.Christmas is coming fast and I have some shoping to do.Im gona try to geterdone.Im not gona wait till the last minute like I always do to shop.Lets get goin to the message for today. THE FAVOR OF GOD

Have there been moments in the last month when you clearly sensed God’s grace and favor was covering your life and work? How exciting is it when you experience God’s favor and give Him glory for what He has done? The Persian governor granted the Israelites permission to continue the work of rebuilding the temple, while the entire matter was being processed and evaluated by the Persian officials. Have you ever seen a major decision or negative direction reversed? God’s hand can turn around any bleak forecast.

Our responsibility is to stay aligned with the Holy Spirit. When you are doing what God wants you to do, He will often intercede through protection and provision. Is there work that God wants you to resume? Know that God’s eye is on you in the best way. Stay true to the causes that He has placed on your heart. The test is creating the testimony. One decision of favor from King Jesus can overcome years of obstacles and delays. Keep praising God with confidence! these 3 brothers are from 65-80. 2 have cancer 1 has pancrite cancer-1 has cancer now on the brane and the other just had a stroke this morning.all three are christian but still need our prayers 1 is my uncle and 1 is my brother-in-law and and the other is a good friend.looks like the Good Lord may be ready for them before long.we never know when our time is up i myself may go before they do.i just felt the need to share this with others,to warn others that are not ready to be with the LORD.just ask yourself if you were to die are you ready?

Good Mornin. I had a nice weekend .Yesterday was my grand daughters birthday.Sophie turned a whole 8 years old.But it just seemed like yesterday I was changeing her diapers. She surprized me yesterday ,She pulled out a bible that was given to her 2 years ago and said papa look at this.There were a number of pages that she showed me that she had read..She said I read my BIBLE every weekend when IM down here.That made me very proud of her. She has read more than lots of people read in a year.Well lets get goin to the message for today. Dependence on God—A Witness of His Power

“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.” - 2 Corinthians 4:7

If you’re like most people, you don’t realize your dependency on God until you’re burned out from stress—either self-induced or caused by circumstances beyond your control.

Why is that?

Paul says it’s because we are fragile. But he doesn’t stop there. He says that God made us this way so that His power may be known through us!

Maybe someone told you, “Oh, just tie a knot and hang on!” Sometimes God wants us to let go of the rope because it is keeping us tied down to our destructive habits. We are totally dependent on God so that the love of His Son may be made known to the world.

Get a piece of rope and tie a knot in it. Let it sit on your desk this week as a reminder that God is more than just a knot at the end of the rope. He is the Savior of the World! I think its summerr time again .Its suppose to get to 65 degrees tomorrow.I think we are getin set up for a big change,Ole man winter is gona come jump on us ,and give us a good what for ... now on to todays message... Let Jesus Lead the Way

You can know security because the One Who loves you is compassionate, caring, and courageous. Jesus knows you. He cares for you. He wants to lead you into the abundant life.

Are you willing to lay down your life for the sake of the Lord?
