Season is here so the turkey gang has been having some fun. Last night they treed 6 singles and a double.

Turkey and a couple young dogs had a hunt to remember last Saturday. Treed 11 coons and won a biggest coon contest. When coons are feeding on acorns, turkey can do things that I've never seen from another hound. He'll tree every coon in a patch of timber.

I'm often asked if I have any turkey pups so I thought I'd post some info for those interested. A top female out of turkey will have pups in 2 weeks out of gr nt ch Ficken deepwoods rocky. Turkey blood x rocky blood has already proven to be successful. The mother of this litter was 1 win from being a nt ch before the new changes with ukc. Message me if interested. 8168380108

Ol turkey, his daughter nt ch sweet southern Belle, reese(rocky x dot) and Crooked River Two Tone Boomer treed a pile of coons in a couple of hours last night. Always a great time hunting with my buddy Kyle.

Crooked River Red Mack is back in Missouri. Thanks Gregg Huffine for selling him back to me, you've taken good care of him. He's a few pounds overweight but did well this morning considering he's fat, it's hot and he just traveled here from NC 24 hours ago. One more cast win and turkey will have another titled pup. He's nearing 100 pups and will be on the top reproducer list.

Nt Ch Bad News Brown (turkey x Nt ch death row Abby) was a two night winner and placed 3rd in the finals of the Iowa Governor cup this weekend. Congrats to all involved.
