Sometimes we’re burdened down with weighty problems, and we strive, we cry, and say, “I’m doing everything I know to do!” Have you asked your Father to help? Have you linked your life with His? Could it be that God wants to bless you, and the reason God is not blessing you could be so utterly simple. “You have not because you ask not.” Do ya need some help today? Could you use the best helper that you could ever get ? Someone that gets things done ,The right way ? Ask JESUS into your life . Do you know why our prayers sometimes are not answered? We’re saying, “Not Thy will, but mine be done.” Let me tell you something: prayer is not some exercise where you talk God into doing what He doesn’t want to do. You’ll never do that. Prayer is not bending God’s will to fit your will. Prayer is finding the will of God and getting in on it. Do you know where man got into trouble? In the Garden of Eden when the first Adam said, “Not Thy will, but mine be done.”

Thank God for the second Adam, the Lord Jesus, Who prayed in another garden, “Not My will, but Thine, be done (Luke 22:42).” Are you submitted to the will of God? People pray for many different things. Ive heard of people praying that they win the lottery,Then Ive heard those same people say,Gods suppose to answer prayers. He always answers prayer,If its his will it will be done..Then another person is praying for there loved one someone that they love dearly to be healed from a diseiase or some major problem.Then BAM !!! There healed , The doctor says ,,I dont know where that cancer went but ,Now we dont see any,anywhere ,,Those are the kind of prayers JESUS likes to answer,,,,But again if its just a tiny little prayer about somethin that matters to you no matter how small a prayer,,JESUS answer those too,,If its his will..... Once again the weekend is come.Its April 8th already .It wont be long and the year will be half over.One good thing to look forward too ,Is there will be no time in heaven ,It will be forever,The only thing about Time in heaven is {It will be a GOODTIME } Were all gona have a GOODTIME in Heaven.Lets get to the messgae for today. “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” - James 4:7

Suppose you own a piece of property, and right in the middle of it you sell me an acre, and I have access in and out. Let’s suppose all night long I’m playing loud music, I throw trash around, I desecrate your property. After a while you say “I want you out of there. Move out. You’re defiling my land.”

But I say, “I’m not going; you can’t make me go. You sold me this piece of property; I’ve got a legal right to it and I’m not moving.” Dear friend, you would not be able to move me out because you gave me a place there.

Some of you have done almost the same thing with Satan. Certain things in your life have become strongholds and you have given a place to the devil. You cannot dislodge him unless you legally dislodge him.

Even after you repent from sin, the devil is not going to walk out. You’re going to have to run him out. You still have to clean house. You have to say, “Satan, I’ve given you a place, but I take it back in the name and the authority of Jesus. Satan, I don’t shout at you, I don’t plead with you, I don’t argue with you, I don’t beg you. I bring Jesus Christ against you. You have no right, no authority. This body of mine is the temple of the Holy Spirit of God. You are trespassing on my Father’s property, and in the name of Jesus, Whose I am and Whom I serve, be gone!” He’ll flee from you... A little girl heard the choir singing that song “God Is Still on the Throne.” She didn’t understand it quite correctly and told someone they were singing “God is still on the phone.” Well, He is!

There’s a heavenly hotline and thankfully God is still on the phone! He answers our prayers. Prayer—that you and I can talk with God—is the greatest Christian privilege. The One Who scooped out the seas, heaped up the mountains, and flung out the stars—the omnipotent God — has invited us to talk with Him. There is no possible way I could overstate the importance of prayer. And I pray that you will never underestimate the importance of prayer.

Prayer is the Christian’s greatest privilege. It is the Christian’s greatest power. But it is also the Christian’s greatest failure. We have not because we ask not. May God forgive us. In His Presence: The brother of humble circumstances is to glory in his high position; and the rich man is to glory in his humiliation . . . Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him - (James 1:9-12).

Since God uses trials for our benefit and He is always in control, we can praise Him for who He is no matter what we are going through. Scripture says we should give thanks in everything. In every situation, we can count it as joy that God has decided to use a trial in our life to make us more like His Son.

My son Jeremy came in the house last night and laid a big WalMart sack full of morel mushrooms in my lap and said ,Dad dont eat them all at one time ,Chew them slowly and enjoy.It dont get much better than that! Shootin Off Yer Mouth The one who guards his mouth preserves his life; the one who opens wide his lips comes to ruin. - Proverbs 13:3

The big danger in swallowing your foot is that you may choke on it as it goes down. Guards are stationed at boundaries. “Free speech” does not mean liberty to blurt out one’s limited knowledge, mistaken conclusions, unproven assumptions and acidic gossip. All that leads to ruin. God promises protection to those who establish the boundaries of His truth and wisdom around their mouth. Specifically, God’s pledge is that such people maintain the wellness of their souls, not just their bodies. When you’re tempted to shoot off your mouth, muzzle your bullets with prayer. There are many misconceptions and illusions about money. Money can buy some things but not others. It can buy marriage, but it can’t buy love. It can buy four years in college, but it can’t buy an education. Money can hire a doctor, but it can’t make you well. Money can take you almost anywhere except to heaven. It can buy almost anything except happiness. Some people think money means security. But there’s no security in money. It fades away.


The Bible speaks of the deceitfulness of riches because earthly treasures can be wiped away so easily. When I first got saved, I learned about Jesus in the Bible, and that was wonderful to me. And then as I began to live the Christian life, I would see what Jesus would do in the lives of other people, and I saw Jesus in history and Jesus in action, and that was wonderful. And then as I studied more, I began to learn about Jesus in heaven, ruling and reigning from His throne, and that was wonderful.

But I’ve learned a great truth, and that is that Jesus is in the Bible, and Jesus is in history, and Jesus is in heaven, but—here’s the great truth—Christ lives in me. He has possessed me. I am His purchased possession, and therefore, I am under new management.

If you have made Jesus your Lord and Savior, He lives within you. You can rejoice today with the apostle Paul who said, “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Ya know ,,God is better than a dailey vitamin,,,,He will make everything good...God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Havve a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ,,,From The Riverbottom,,, Ron... ITS 2:00 AM SUNDAY MORNIN. I COULDNT SLEEP SO I PUT ON A JACKET AND WENT OUT ON THE DECK AND LOOKED UP INTO THE BIG OLE MOON LITE SKY. HOW BEAUTIFUL GOD DOES THINGS.THAT MOON WAS SO BIG AND BRITE THE STARS STOOD OUT AND WAS TWINKLEING. I GUESS I WASNT THE ONLY ONE THAT COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE I COULD HEAR MY NEIGHBORS MULES RUFUS AND OLE JEN BRAYIN LIKE CRAZY ACROSS THE FIELD.THEN ALL THE NIGHT THINGS STARTED SINGIN ,THE BUGS ,THE SPRING TREE FROGS,THE COYOTES, THEN IT WAS LIKE JESUS WAS TALKIN TO ME,ME AND HIM WAS GOIN BACK IN TIME THINKIN ABOUT WHAT I WAS LIKE BEFORE WE MET, THEN HOW HE CAME INTO MY LIFE AND CHANGED IT SO MUCH . WE HAD A GOOD TALK.I THANKED HIM FOR EVERYTHING THAT HE HAS GIVEN ME AND DONE FOR ME. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS GONA GO BACK TO BED ,BUT BEFORE I DO ID LIKE TO ASK YOU LORD ONE MORE THING . I TOLD HIM,, I STILL SIN,I TRY MY BEST EVERY DAY, TO DO THE WORK HE GIVES ME EACH DAY. I BELIEVE AND TRUST IN HIM.MORE NOW THAN I DID WHEN I FIRST ACCEPTED HIM AS MY PERSONNAL SAVIOR BECAUSE IVE SEEN SO MANY THINGS THATS BEEN DONE FOR ME IN MY LIFE AND THE MIRICALES THATS HES DONE FOR OTHERS. I SAID LORD MY GOD ,I WANT SO BADLY TO HEAR THOSE WORDS WHEN IT COMES TIME,,,{ WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT },,, I SAT THERE WITH MY EYES CLOSED AND JUST LISTENED AND PRAYIN ,THEN OVER AND OVER I KEPT HEARIN AND REPEATING THESE WORDS IN MY MIND JESUS TELLING ME,,,"YOU ARE MINE,YOU ARE ONE OF MY CHILDREN, I KNOW YOU LOVE ME, OVER AND OVER,,,,, I KNOW THAT WAS HIM TALKIN TO ME. THEN I HEARD SOME ONE SAY,WHAT ARE YOU DOIN ? IT WAS MY SWEET WIFE ,KAREN,SHE SAID WE HAVE A LOT TO DO TOMORROW YA BETTER GET TO SLEEP. WHAT AN AWSOME TALK WITH JESUS.AND THE ASSURANCE HE GIVES US ... GOD LOVES YAS,,,WE LOVE YAS,,, HAVE A BLESSED SUNDAY,,,YOUR FRIEND IN CHRIST,,,FROM THE RIVERBOTTOM,,,RON ...SEE YAS IN CHURCH IL HAVE A SEAT SAVED FOR YA .....
