Moose does not see much wood time any more. He is getting older but still has a BIG BOOMING mouth hunts and trees good. He slick treed on the first drop, and treed three or four den trees after that. Here is a up to date picture of the old man on a den tree.



In this picture is Addy a Moose and The Frog Dawg pup and the up and coming Mr. Wilson an Haze and Willow pup. I say pup but they are young hounds. Mr. Wilson has the blue collar and the old man is on the other side of him. One of the other den trees.

He will be down to four after this weekend.

Took Dixie to town for the first time last night. down in the country first drop in a swamp knee deep and she had the coon. second drop wasn't so good but I though she did really well for the first time in strange country

Wanda is doing good took her over on the farm she is warming up to me very well worked her on the bench to Richard may not be the only pup out of Moose x Wendy that looks good on the plywood and the hard wood to lol she treed real good on the hang up lastnight.

Bubby we had a great time Saturday night. Man Wonda did a good job her first time to the woods at night. What a tree dawg, Mr.Wilson did an awesome job getting by him self with the meat.

Yes oh Yes the plywood dog got her firs place win at 10 months old. Congratulations Jason and Wilma Get-R-Done! A Moose and Windy pup one of five from that cross that should finish with out any problem.

Buck and Bubby
Thanks for including me on the hunt Saturday night. That was great terrain and lots of coon to hunt. Really enjoyed listening to Moose locate and tree. Mr. Wilson was impressive getting by himself and getting treed. Wonda was impressive on her first night out. It was a lot of fun on a beautiful night.

I don't hunt the old man much anymore. I am glad you got to hunt with him not to many will get to. He has a new girl friend I will put them together in the morning. This is a tuff little female she is from a pleasure hunter. Hope some of the pups make it to comp hunters. This should be a great cross, who said I don't breed to country coon dogs. If they has it Moose will be there for them.
