What movie did u c, HB?
I went to my horse club's fall banquet. Lots of good food, friends, music and prizes. I won a 32 oz bottle of Vetrolin horse/dog shampoo and a $50 gift certificate at a shirt place.
Chuck could have went, but he'd rather archery hunt. Tonight he didn't do either. He went down to see how his dad was doing. Yesterday we took his parents out for lunch. I thought at the restaurant his dad's eye looked funny. When we got back to their house, I asked what he did to his eye and he told me nothing, he just couldn't sleep the night before. Then I noticed the left side of hid face looked droopy. I asked him to smile and when he did the left corner of his mouth stayed down. I had Chuck and my MIL look at him, but they didn't notice anything. I told him he should go to a dr in case he had a mild stroke...he just laughed.
As soon as we left, I called my SIL and asked her to ck on him. She did and thought he should go to the dr, too. She had to go to work so she called their youngest brother and he finally got him to the hospital. The dr said he had Bell's Palsy. Chuck said tonight he could easily tell something is wrong and his dad said its hard to drink anything. I read online that Lyme's can cause facial paralyzes, wouldn't be the least bit surprised if that's what he has.

Bells Palsy also runs with the auto immune family, Dad had it happen twice when he was my age.

I was outside last night & heard a dog just blowing out a tree pretty close. Rose was dancing wanting to go join in the fun. The old man drove around to check it out, he woke me up just laughing his @ss off. The guys with the dog have permission except the one who is now known as the d!ck.

We'll go out tonight, I was hurting to much to go climb hills last night.

Iam not complaining .but i had to mow the yard today..by the looks of the long range forecast i may have to mow a couple more times before its through..we may pay the price later for all this good weather....

Weather is great for riding here....so I did for 4 hrs today. My upper arm been's bothering me ever since Belle and I had our tumble.
Hope everyone remembered to turn their clocks back.
Never saw a Tyler Perry movie. We haven't been to any movies for a couple of yrs. We might go see one their advertising that Clint Eastwood directed. Think it might be HACKSAW RIDGE.

boy&his wife rode today i didn't feel like gone he took all the horses home today now all i got to look at is the mini pony i keep her here yr round i probly buy another horse this spring when i find what i want i like eastwoods cowboy movies tyler perry been doin good makeing movies that he dresup like a big black woman mediea something like that lol

Chuck just working & coming home, will have more overtime on this check than regular time. I'm now covering the shortages in the front of the store, not going to complain just get things done.

This afternoon my daughter & I are meeting at the courthouse to go vote early.

Almost done with the garden, a few more sweet potatoes, potatoes & cannas left. The old man mulched the yard short & there are so many dead voles & mice laying around. A couple of the cats are enjoying themselves.

Hayseed, Pickles is really growing! How long r u keeping her?

I'm getting things ready to go to the Twp bldg tomorrow. I work the election. It will be a long day, 6:30 am to usually around 9pm. Taking magazines to read when we're not busy: Coonhound Bloodlines, American Hunter, and The Trail Rider. Plus the Nite Lite, Lion Country and Jeffer's Pet catologs. Its suppose to be a beautiful day so we should have a good turnout.

well I over did it yesterday .went and caught 37 crappie.aint feeling to good today...but I did go to our local polling place and placed my vote ..for what little good it will do.....

Must be a pretty healthy turnout voters here , down the street at the church the parking lot is totally full ( about a 1 1/2 acre ),I kinda like that idea vote and pray all in one motion.

We had 212 votes cast out of 294 in r twp. Some of the machines were screwing up, but hopefully the voters reviewed their vote and got it corrected.

Really chilly here the truck was frosted up when I ran to town, hell of a day to run out of coffee.

I voted Monday was suppose to met my daughter after she got off work but had to go help move equipment for the farmer.

Don't know how long we'll have Pickles, she is now as tall as the blue dogs & has lots of growing left to do. Her owner isn't in a hurry, he has other hounds to hunt with & doesn't like messing with puppies.
