I must have received over a hundred calls, p/m's and emails from many friends in this sport and many from those who have observed my advertising hounds of different bloodlines in the past as well as my recent association with Mr Ed allen and Woodstock English Kennels. I certainly appreciate each and every call , p/m and email from those who have contacted me in regards to my recent withdraw from promoting the Woodstock Kennels. To answer the questions I have been asked the best way and being honest at the same time is,,,, I decided on my own free will to reduce the number of hounds I had kenneled due to my work keeping me busy and the frustration of not making the UKC English Days that recently took place. The hound I called Woodstock Cannon was my hound of choice to promote and run at English Days but, on Thursday of that week I discovered his DNA Profile proved Cannon was not registered with his correct papers and he was not Sired by Red Bud 75 as the papers stated so, I decided that hunting him was not an option that I was willing to continue and due to this I lost interest in keeping so many hounds and put most every hound I had up for sale except two. I have "not" quit hunting nor have I gave up on the hounds or bloodlines that I have promoted and enjoyed. I just wanted to slow down and hunt two young females and keep a few small puppies for future use for now. I kept my Big Red Harper female and my Wendy B female to hunt by themselves this Fall/Winter and see what happens with them for now and maybe run a few night hunts here and there. I did not get booted out from Woodstock English Kennels as I've heard gossip of nor has Ed Allen and myself had any Fallen Out of anykind to my knowledge. Ed has supported me in everyway during my reducing my hounds which is final at this time. I have went from twenty adult hounds to two..... Man, does it feel good....lol I wish Jerry Sutton the best of Luck as well as the Woodstock English name and reputation.. Here is one of my females that you can keep an eye on over the next year because she is a keeper and I plan to hunt her toe nails off and push her in a few hunts.. ************Big Red Harper************
