Nothing in the traps today. We saw a couple of fisher tracks in the snow on the way to check them. We went back where we trapped earlier this yr and didn't see any tracks but deer in the snow.
Went to the sporting good store last night because Chuck needed new hip waders for beaver trapping. We looked at a couple of 223s, but didn't bring one home.
We checked out a beaver dam today. Chuck was quite abit ahead of me (like usual); he saw a mink with a small fish in its mouth. I saw a ripple in the water. 😞
27 here now, it snowed off and on today, but didn't get much accumulation. Probably a total of 5-6" in the last 3 days.

on the cold side here this moronin with flurries may be off for a spell if we can't get this thing fix right it super sized everything may have to call aol or may end up haveing to get another computer

Glad u got ur computer straightened out, HB. I haven't had one for yrs, just use my cellphone now.

20° here now. We probably got 4-5" of snow overnight, another inch today and they're calling for another 4-6"s tomorrow.
I don't like the cold, but kind of wish we still had a snowmobile. Yrs ago, I use to ride all the time. Dad bought out a Rupp dealership and we use to race them. I drag raced a 440 Nitro or a 340 Sprint. My brothers raced the Nitro on a round track.

OK ,I'm back . Friday My wife had surgery ,then she gets the flu Sat . morning spent all day in the ER and they send her home for me to take care of ,,lol, Lucky for me , I got my flu shot and shingles shot at the VA hospital the week before .

Chuck prayers for your wife to get better fast. Not bad outside this morning. Have to go out later and HEARTWORM all my dogs. I wish we would see more sunshine in the winter. Sick of this cloudy everyday.

Mike, u must be sending it this way because its about the same here. At 11 am today, the sky turned dark gray and we had rain and snow...almost white out. Chuck had just shoveled off the patio and steps before we left. We were gone about 90 min. and there was almost an inch of snow on the steps.
Think the snow is supposed to quit, but its going to get colder. Darn forecast is on .... Still more snow and windchills in single digits. Glad I got the Redbones bathed today.

them red dog's are tuff ridge i sold a young female outa ole still water chase about this time last yr was makeing a good dog they got her hit by a car and killedwent over town to the doughnut shop wife want to stop at a hot spot i lost 100 bucks then squzee a 20 off the wife won a 175 plus another 50 bucks so i got my 100 back plus so im good

35 here and that's the high gonna drop off during the day i wanted to go last nite would been a goood nite but my buddy couldn't go he has a nerve in his jaw that's givein him fit's he can't eat anything at times but soft stuff he went to a speailist yesterday he want to drill a hole in back of his head deadin the nerve but said he could have severe headaches rest of his life so he's not gonna do it don't bother him so far in the summer
