They were calling for 1-3" here, but changed it to 5-6". We were at Chuck's parents for about an hr tonight. It had just started when we got there and had about an inch on the ground when we headed home. Suppose to have lows in the single digits over the wkend. 😞
HB, if u only take one truck tomorrow, u better drive.

It's 14° here now. We had a spike and a 10 pt coming into the orchard a few yrs ago. The 10 pt kept its antlers into March. Dandy was looking out the window tonight at 4 deer trotting through the hay field.

Took the dogs for a run today and came home and cleaned until my friend came to get yesterday's beaver carcass. She's got the last 2 to feed to their foxes. Chuck's nephew got one to cook 😰 and the others we've chopped up for next year's bait.
17° here. While we were out with the dogs, we saw a bunch of people were camping out on the ANF. A guy came walking up the ditch, I asked him why they didn't pick a better wkend. He said they've been coming the same wkend since 1989. Think, I'd wait another month. We talked to a guy back there a month or so ago, the low was suppose to be 6°, he said he was going to camp, but when we took the dogs back the next AM, he wasn't there.

Got plenty of sunshine this mornin',I'm down w/ that.HB I ain't one ta cry over spilled milk so I reckon somebody will get some use out of that saddle...better than just lettin' it dry rot, just can't understand people that won't get rid of things they'll never use again but won't part w/it to let it junk out,it's their belongin's but still don't make me no sense.

You sound like my husband...he thinks I should sell my horse stuff, but he has bows and guns, he has no intention of using that he won't part with.

So how much snow is everyone getting? First forecast for us was 6-10" but has changed a couple of times 8-13" now.

Question

Snow amount is forecast up to an inch here, weather man says it's up there in the atmosphere but too dry yet for it to drop, time will tell.Ridge it's a waste thing w/me seen some usable goodies go to waste too many times,I'm like HB if you can turn it into cash why not,on the guns...never know when ya might need them.
